| THIS IS A NOVEL ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS ANYTHING BEYOND THIS VOLUME. ---------------------------------------- This volume has the best narrative so far, it really delivered well and Ginko's multiple crisis have all been cleansed out beautifully. And I didn't really expect Yaichi to grew a pair but he just did so that was really surprising and cool. Although I find the starry night to be too cliche but it works just fine. Really nice to see the current Meijin to comment a very long speech, if I recall, he doesn't talk much publicly due to his words could possibly might bend the Shogi world but now that he'd given out his thoughts...... Its nice to know that the world will now validate Ginko's efforts, she deserved that recognition more than the decoration. Looking forward to what the loli apprentices will react to the news of their master being taken XD |

| I had some idea how they'd be a couple but well, honestly someone spilled the beans to me but you know... I guess Ginko wanting to die was on the mark and I was like "yah like I mean might be too far-fetch but it does sound something that would really happen" tho her reflecting on what she'd done, with such great narrative. Twas painful, but yah, you just think like "boi safe... Yaichi is to save the day!" Sota vs Ginko round 2 was a grateful set-up to allow what the Meiji talked about Ginko's path and the decisions she'd had done. I mean, I do think it'd would spiral down Sota, but I doubt? Oh well, I guess we'd get another first female pro shogi and later down, youngest to ever be pro shogi player. Sota is prolly also the allusion to Yaichi's 2nd Ryu defense that I think was mentioned like vol.7 or wait.... I think it's prolly Ginko tbf but then again.... mhhhhh..... I do hope that the two Ai will bless Ginko and Yaichi but I guess, I also want to see Hinatsuri Ai spiral down to the point that, there will be a point where she'd choose Shogi or not, because like this slight heavy tilt I feel throughout reading the LN is like... Hinatsuri Ai's life, her shogi and everything revolves around to Yaichi, which I really do find saddening... oh well, this is for Yaichi to draw the line between familial love and romantic love... Ayumu's master will prolly ask when's the wedding... but you know... honestly I'm very very curious as to what Keika said.... like I have this slight premonition that shite will go down so quickly and spiral down so hard. Oh well.... |
