| It seems that under normal conditions, Sung's base power is equivalent to that of a C rank, interesting how he will have to improve a lot before that S rank arrives after his head |
| Sung is an A to S rank hunter probably and that guy is a B level rank, but the dude has 2 daggers (against 1), has more experience, and is of the assassin class either way, Sung should take care of him without any problems, it's just a matter of activating a few buffs |
