I am glad that they are talking things through. I was getting a bit frustrated with the earlier chapters with all the hide and seek of emotions.
The girls talk was really enticing. I am glad that Ikezawa was there as the mediator (she is scary indeed)! Fujimura's reaction to Nao kissing Eiji was pretty hilarious as well. I am just glad that Fujimura has started to become honest. I think I am really enjoying her change in character.
Looks like Eiji's gonna move on from Izumi as well as he asked her on a walk on the beach.
Next chapter in the November issue released in October!

Tl;dr: First of all, both Ikezawa and Fujimura used past tenses for their respective romances. So, that would give you a clear idea that the girls are ready to move on or already moved on.
Coming back to a bit of details of the girls' talk:
Izumi was a bit surprised to see Ikezawa with Fujimura. She understood that Fujimura had something to say as much as she had but didn't understand why Ikezawa was there. Fujimura confirmed that it was her who invited Ikezawa to this talk because she felt that Ikezawa would want to hear something from Izumi and assured Izumi that she would reveal everything and wanted Ikezawa to be part of the talk.
Ikezawa initiated the talk. Ikezawa wanted to know how it was like in Izumi's middle school. As Izumi happily shared her pictures from her phone (Not going to go to the details of the pictures but the important bit is Ikezawa being enchanted with Eiji's small physique back then), Ikezawa suddenly brought up if she had some more from their elementary school days. As Izumi revealed more pictures from her phone and tried to defend how she was always with Eiji being a girl because they were so young in her early days, Ikezawa said what if Eiji had been going through all the painful feelings since then which took the happy feelings away from Izumi's face.
And then Ikezawa reveal that how she got curious about Eiji and to Izumi's shock that she was already turned down by him. Then Ikezawa apologized for everything during the school festival. These were new feelings for her so she was desperate at that time.
Izumi realized that Ikezawa was in love with Eiji all these times and wanted to know about these things but then why Fujimura who was dating Eiji wanted a talk (of course a big shock awaited her).
As Izumi wondered about all these things, Fujimura asked Ikezawa if these are all she wanted to know. Then she tells Ikezawa that she is very kind in heart unlike herself who is unfair and a liar. That she went after someone who already had a girlfriend and wanted to snatch him away. Not only that, being in a fake relationship as well with someone she never liked. It took Ikezawa by surprise with Izumi realizing where the talk was heading with a grim face. Fujimura revealed that Eiji was only dating her to hinder her and how she couldn't get along with him at all.
Then she revealed that she had been in love with Nao. When she was heartbroken after being dumped, Nao was there to comfort her. She realized how kind and nice he was. At that time, Izumi was not in the picture but then when she transferred in, she still couldn't give up on Nao. Then she revealed her true intention of the double date. She was warned about it by Eiji and it happened the way he said it would. For doing all the unfair things, for doing embarrassing things, for wanting Nao to look her way, for envying Izumi because how Nao cherished her, and for all the lies (as tears swelled her eyes), she sincerely apologized to Izumi.
As she wiped her runny nose she said she had given up on Nao. And she broke up with that senior guy (I won't mention his name because he's annoying #$@argh) and she would never seek love again. "THAT'S NO GOOD!!" Ikezawa intervened. And then realizing it was out of her character to yell like that she apologized and said she felt holding on to that would be no good ❤. Oh, God! Fujimura looked so cute in that panel! (/me wanted to hug her!)
Then Fujimura apologized to Ikezawa as well for involving her in all these because she wasn't ready to talk by herself. Ikezawa quickly stopped her and said Fujimura didn't have to worry about her. Then Ikezawa turned Izumi's way to give her the nod (why is Ikezawa so perfect?!).
Izumi apologized to Fujimura for never realizing her feelings for Nao and hurting her being insensitive. She said she was a bit shocked but getting to know the real things made her glad. It was hard because she never understood why she had a fight with Fujimura. She is always like that not being able to read her surroundings.
Ikezawa injected if Izumi thought being late on for things that are important, that she hated her own insensitive side and if she even wondered that it would have been better if she never came back.
Ikezawa's words hit Izumi hard and she lost her composure. She revealed that she got that. But it was not just that. Ever since she came back, Fujimura approaching her and wanting to be friends with her had been irreplaceable to her. It made her super happy. Being with her had been fun. However, at that time, whether Fujimura had other reasons to be friends with her would be up for the guess. So, this time she wanted to startover and become friends with her. Although she cannot guarantee that she won't be insensitive again. But that was on her mind and she wanted Fujimura to understand that. (Why is she such a pure girl? I get it why Nao and Eiji like her.)
Fujimura got teary again and said if that was what Nao liked about Izumi. Before Izumi could say anything, Fujimura said it was the same for Eiji as well. Ikezawa said she didn't have to say that. It was always a mystery to Fujimura why they both liked Izumi. But then she felt like she got it. If she were to be in Izumi's position, she wouldn't be able to read the atmosphere.
Izumi said there's no such thing. Fujimura shouted that there was. Fujimura continued saying that Izumi didn't get her apologies and she didn't understand her at all. Izumi stopped her by saying if Fujimura was really a cruel a person, she would never apologize. This time the girls reached their limits.
Fujimura yelled at Izumi saying that Izumi always had beautiful way of putting words together. Izumi countered by saying those were not beautiful words but the words from her heart. Fujimura yelled back saying why Izumi didn't realize that those were indeed beautiful way of speaking and the same. Izumi yelled back saying Fujimura didn't get her feelings. Fujimura added that Izumi was always straightforward. Izumi wanted to know what was wrong being straightforward and that was how she was. She revealed that Fujimura's way of seeing the world was distorted.
As things started to go out of hand, Ikezawa said the both should calm down only to be yelled back by both "WE ARE CALM!". The dark queen in Ikezawa resurfaced as she said they would see her true angry version if they were in the library. Scared Fujimura said but it was the corridor (haha). Sparkling Ikezawa retorted by saying that they are not allowed to make a ruckus even if it was the corridor. Scared Izumi apologized before the drop of a hat while Fujimura blamed Izumi for the ruckus (so like her, haha). Then she said she should have vented it all out just like this from the start.
Then she threw some jabs at Izumi saying that Izumi can put up quite a fight. Izumi threw back a few saying she didn't know Fujimura can be so straightforward if she wanted to.
Fujimura gave a prank smile and apologized. But then got her composure back and apologized for real. Izumi did the same. Fujimura said that was all she wanted to say so she would leave for her home. Izumi asked if she would want to go home together. Fujimura turned her down. But only for today as she said she would go home with her starting tomorrow. Then the two girls bid goodbyes for the day.
Ikezawa commented while Fujimura went down the steps that she looked strong but Fujimura was only doing her best. She told Ikezawa before coming here that she was not ready being alone and wanted someone to be there with her while talking with Izumi. Ikezawa didn't know if she inconvenienced Fujimura or came useful in the end.
Izumi realized how much Fujimura gave and how hard Fujimura worked preparing herself for this talk.
As Ikezawa was about to leave, Izumi thanked her. Ikezawa said she didn't do anything. Izumi reminded Ikezawa that how she helped stopping the fight. Ikezawa said it was not a big deal. She thanked Izumi for sharing her talk and it would help her in return. Izumi realized how kind and nice Ikezawa actually was and wondered how someone genuine like her could be turned down by Eiji.
End of the girls talk.
Miss_Elyon said: and from what you read in previous chapters do you think there's any chance Eiji and Fujimura could be together?
From what I can tell, Fujimura might end up with Eiji. Particularly because Ikezawa moving on. And Fujimura is looking for a kind boyfriend and Eiji is super kind, so yeah.

@shanimebib: Thank you very much for giving us the details of the chapter. I can't read Japanese so I didn't understand everything although I was glad that the girls had this talk.
I love them more now!!
Fujimura was brave to reveal everything to Izumi.
Izumi is so pure but she's not the naive girl we find in most of the shoujo mangas.
I wasn't fond of Ikezawa but I'm glad to learn that she's moving on too and the way she helped Fujimura and Izumi to have this conversation!
If only someone could translate the last chapters. I love this manga!
If you don’t mind, could you do one for 25 as well? I’m mostly curious about the Ikezawa scenes.
Quick translation from page 19 of chapter 25:
Ikezawa (interrupting Eiji who was in thought of his own): Aihara-kun. You are on duty today you know that, right?
Eiji: Ah... yeah, I know.
Ikezawa: I wonder if you do though. You didn’t show up for the committee meeting the other time.
Eiji: Was it the case...?
Eiji (thinking): Ikezawa... is being more normal than I thought she would be. I thought it would be a tad bit awkward between us...
Ikezawa (talking in the background while Eiji’s thinking): I had to cover for you because I am the club president //not sure about this line because the characters were handwritten and very difficult to read//.
Eiji (thinking): Oh, wait...
Eiji: By the way, you are on duty as well?
Ikezawa: That’s not it. I am just on my way to return a book that I borrowed. After that I will stop by a few more places.
Eiji: I see...
Eiji (thinking): So, that’s why she is tagging along, huh?
A guy: Are you listening, Fujimura... (A voice comes from below the staircase Ikezawa and Eiji were heading toward)
Fujimura: But right now I am in the middle of cleaning (Fujimura appears with a broom in her hands //Omae wa majo kayo, Fujimura!//).
The guy: It will be okay so just leave it. I have something to tell you. I have always found you really adorable.
Fujimura (averting her eyes away): Well...
Fujimura (her eyes meet Ikezawa and Eiji): Let’s go to another place, Sugi-kun
Sugi-kun: Ah, okay...
Ikezawa (blushing and doki doki): I wonder if I am just imagining it... just now... a confession, perhaps?
Just as I thought, Fujimura-san is rather popular amongst guys. Even though she has a boyfriend...
Eiji: We broke up.
Ikezawa (panicking): Eh..!
Eiji: Yesterday.
Ikezawa (composed): Is that so?
Eiji: But how do I put it... she has this thing about her that is incorrigible.
Ikezawa: That thing? Like?
Eiji: Pulling one by their arm.
Eiji: But I guess her partner becomes happy when she does that. I mean men are simple creatures.
Ikezawa: ... Well, you were one, Aihara-kun...
Eiji: Hmm?
Ikezawa: Nothing. Just talking to myself.
But women are simple as well
Eiji: I guess...
Ikezawa: Can’t you try that on me even if it’s just for a little bit?
Eiji: WHAT?! For what..?
Ikezawa: I have never experienced anything like that
Eiji: It’s dangerous to do something like that in the staircase so let’s not
Ikezawa: Is that your way of showing kindness?
Eiji: Who knows...?
//It hurt seeing Ikezawa’s face here//
Ikezawa: Then... there is no helping it.
Eiji: RIGHT?! And you see it has already turned into a story of the past. Right now it doesn’t matter!!
Eiji (talking with the fellow librarian): This is a returned book.
Library girl: Got it. Please take over replacing the items on those shelves
Eiji: Roger.
Ikezawa (thinking while blushing and exhaling as she leaves): It’s yet to be normal... It’s so awkward with Aihara-kun...
I wonder if I was being too overbearing (trying to act normal)... It was quite difficult at times...
I wonder if I should have asked what he meant by the story of the past...
I have not heard anything about it at all.
(We see Izumi running and Ikezawa noticing her frantic expression)
Besides, I haven’t really made it clear with Senami-kun...
If I don’t go...
(Sharp turn and bump)
Ikezawa: Ah, I apologize
Guy with a guitar: Please don’t. I am at fault too.
Ikazawa: Senami-kun
Taichi (not Arata’s rival by the way >_<): Ikezawa...
Taichi (panicking): I AM SO SORRY! ARE YOU ALRIGHT?! DID THE GUITAR HIT YOU?!
Ikezawa: No. I am alright.
Taichi: I am relieved...
Ikezawa: ...Actually I was on my to the Houkago Tea Time club.
I wonder if you would have some time to spare.
Taichi: Eh?
Ikezawa: There’s something I wanted to talk about
Taichi: Ah! Seriously!! Noji said something to you, right?! If it’s about that, you don’t let it bother you!
Ikezawa: ...You knew about it
Taichi: Well...
Ikezawa: If that is how it is, I don’t want this to linger anymore. I have been really rude to you, Senami-kun.
Ikezawa (while bowing down her head): I deeply regret and I apologize.
Taichi: Oh no! You don’t have to lower your head like that!
Ikezawa: But...
Taichi: There is no need really! I said I will be rooting for you! You haven’t done anything wrong, Ikezawa!! //Why he is so nice?//
Ikezawa: ...You telling me that you were going to root for me made me really happy.
Taichi: If that is the case then I am glad!
Ikezawa: Thanks to your support, it gave me the courage to convey my feelings to Aihara-kun
Although I was turned down
Taichi: Ah... no way... I am... what do I say...
Ikezawa: It’s alright anyways. It made me feel as if a weight was lifted from my chest.
I still am interested even if it’s little. I feel like I am gonna be able to give it another go. This time I don’t want to rely on you anymore. I am sorry for everything I have made you go through up until now. Thank you for your support.
Taichi: No worries... I am rather thankful as well.
Ikezawa: I hope you’d let me go to the next love live. Give your all in your club activities!
Taichi: ...Unn...
Ikezawa: Then... I apologize again for suddenly making you wait
Taichi: ... will you really be alright?
Ikezawa: ?
Taichi: Will you not force yourself if it’s too much?
Ikezawa: I will be alright.
(Ikezawa makes her way)
The next couple of pages made me want to give Taichi a big hug. He is such a wonderful guy so it makes my heartache seeing him so miserable.
@Kirie-san, @Miss_Elyon: I just read chapter 29. Looks like Eiji's gonna be entangled with Fujimura once again because of the new guy (Sugi-kun) that appeared in chapter 25.
