Well, it didn't take long for Jeanne to get back into fighting.

This is more like a revenge fight for her though if you ask me. Finally, they beat that masked Ulysses woman again. I hope that's the last time they'll have to fight that woman ever again.

Jeanne's revival sure was timely for the troops. Her speech while simple sure was motivational. Philip though sure has a rather cruel destiny though. Noire and Jeanne's entrance to the battlefield sure was dramatic. Mont's speech to request help from the troops though while cheesy sure reflected well on his own feelings for Jeanne. The speech also had quite the effect on the morale of the troops as well. Philip's tactics against Jeanne sure were creative using doubt as a weapon. Monts new powers though gained at great risk sure complemented Jeanne's pretty well. That battle intense as it was sure had quite the surprising ending. But man that ending though.

As per usual with the week delay, a recap is given.

What a plot twist though...for Montmorency to savour the other half of the Philosopher's Stone, the power of defense with Jeanne's power of offence.

The same trick won't work twice, and Philip is annihilated from Glasdale's hesitation.

BUT...Jeanne and Montmorency's stone is just the beginning for something more sinister with that open ending.

I like how they keep reminding us that Ulysess form lasts only 3 minutes and at the same time Jehanne keep running like 15 minutes lmao. As far as I remember in the LN he swallow Solomon Ring tied on a string so he could pull it out after 3 min but the string was torn while he was fighting. Overall the same level of trashiness like the previous episodes. They are pretty consistent in this regard.

Mont's new powers sure managed to open up hell.

Sure, dude, sure dramatic battle, speech sure was motivational, and tactic sure was creative, just like your posts. Battle sure was intense lmao. Jesus...

The animation is all wonky and stuff...

JEANNE GOT CUCKED!

Yay Gilles remembers how to be an alchemist!

That's one hard ass helmet...

Whoa, that ending just went through all kinds of crazy. It's like the final chapter of Jeanne D'arc on the PSP...

BOOBS!

I still hoping Montmorency and his friends finally knew about Noire's true identity is Philip. Maybe in next episode?

They should add a comedy tag in this anime coz of how laughable the plot and scenes are. XD
They're already having a hard time with the English army, now they are facing a greater danger after using the other half of the Philosopher's Stone recklessly.
It's so stupid.
I wonder what kind of trick are they gonna pull this time.

The animation is not helping either.

That would be William Tell, actually is wan't suppose to be his wife or princess , it was his son who has an apple on his head.

oh!, so Montmorency has pure defence power and Jehanne has pure attack.
looks like situation's got worse when he ate the philosopher's stone as a whole then the whole scene suddenly just became apocalyptic!
is Philippe really down once and for all!?
4/5.
