| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Hard to believe that such an ugly guy has a sister like this. Then again, I know many siblings where this applies too. Ibuya could finally take revenge, but almost paid with his life. Tezuka who was mocked by him earlier was able to save him, guess his appreciation fpr him grew stronger now. I wonder what's going to happen with Aya , tho. |
One Piece episode 914 & 915 & 1027 were a mistake and 957 brought the salvation - FMmatron |
| This ep showcased very well how helpless the samurai were against the guns even in the hands of peasants. Truly a sign that the era of the samurai is coming to an end. The fight between Ibuya and the ugly guy was kinda chaotic but in the end Ibuya prevailed and I don't think his infantry unit had many if any casualties even tho we saw some people get wounded. Tezuka definitely contributed a lot after the battle in that regard. One thing I'm starting to worry about tho is whether this will have a somewhat satisfying ending with only 3 episodes out and things seemingly just getting started. Time to find out, I guess. |

| Those bandits shouldn't have underestimated the infantry, still not suprised to see the infantry win with their guns against the swords of their opponents. So Manjirou finally managed to take revenge for his father by killing the ugly bastard but I wonder what is going to happen to his cute sister besides the torture while captured as prisoner. |
