I have no idea what the Chinese guy with the long bangs is, but if he's in the cafe, I'm sure he's supernatural. I'm quite intrigued with the guy with the monocle. Is he friend or foe? |

His chara design and outfit is traditional for Chinese vampires, so that's what I would think he is (: |
