| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Gonna see Jun play Tsubasa soon... He's like the first interesting opponent to me so far LOL. I really hope he can continue his soccer career after the game. Fun fact, Saito Souma (his seiyuu) actually has Jun Misugi as his favourite character so I'm super happy he's actually voicing him (same with his role in Piano no Mori) |
| Tsubasa's team meeting hard and tall goalie. Not just defense is blocked, his shoot is long. Since they believe in Wakabayashi, the teamwork between ex-enemy are good. It seems like Tsubasa knows that tall guy's weak point from previous game against Wakabayashi. That not only damaged him, Tsubasa also made use of others well. Not just his teammate, but also approving goalie of enemy team. Best 4 now. Their next opponent is the guy he looks forward to fight against Tsubasa. There's a reason that guy rarely participates. The heart problem, huh. The manager wanting Tsubasa to lose for him, but he wants to seriously fight regardless of the condition. He had to participate because his teammate is in trouble. There's chance to win even if there's only him doing the job. He decides to participate full time against Tsubasa and is very excited. It seems like Hyuga's team was waiting for one player (I know who from old series, the long hair goalie, but still describe as I first watch it). |

| thought that fat goalkeeer going to be much more obstacle, tsubasa cracked it too fast, or it may be the pace that making me feels that. nice build up on jun, hope the build-up will deserve it. and mystery new guy appear. |
| Mitsugi is so obsessed with playing against Tsubasa that he will put his health at risk just to do so. And the manager is a letdown because she is going against Mitsugi's wishes. I appreciate Tsubasa for being honest towards the manager. |
