| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Lul, Kero trying to act as a stuffed toy. Kinda glad to see Akiho getting more of a relevant role this episode. The sense of mystery is neat for this episode too with Sakura and Tomoyo wondering around that library at Eriol's house. Felt like there's slightly less comedy this episode but ties overall with the tone of the story well. Oh and Sakura continues to improve her skill which is likely a continuous trend for this season. |

| Great episode this week even though the card capture was relatively simple. Yuna. D. Kaito feels like a name Oda would use in One Piece. XD That said, this guy is really suspicious especially because of that watch with the symbols. This new Alice in Clock Land book is also quite intriguing and is a pretty big plot reveal. After this episode, it does look like Akiho is relatively innocent to all this. Might be low quality and have blue but you gotta make sacrifices sometimes, gotta love Tomoyo and her persistence. <3 Looking forward to next week. |

| Outfits for both Sakura & Syaoran, we have an out of control Tomoyo to begin this episode lol. Kero sure does have it rough at times, I do wish I could fall asleep instantly like he did at times though. Akiho in Eriol's previous place, my suspicions of her being part of what's going on has increased. As long as Sakura does that sort of cheer leading she will be fine, no batons for her. Don't fall for the butler, you already have Syaorn, looks like Akiho likes him anyway. That butler has a clock as well, and now we have a suspicious book about clocks. Back to the aquarium again next episode, just like old times. |

| meh. i feel like literally nothing happened in this episode. I remember the first series being so much more exciting even if it did follow a formula. This season is just following a formula but not a lot of action is happening.... And it feels like Sakura's not seeing the obvious either. Idk this just feels so much slower. Like I get Eriol and crew, Syaoran too can't tell Sakura what's going on and that may be the reason that Sakura and Syaoran act like strangers to each other. I expected more from this season, and I haven't read the manga for this arc so maybe the manga's just... as boring?? hmmm... |

| After seeing Kaito's watch, the clock book and them being in Eriol's house, It's all coming together. I'm also getting pissed at Eriol and Li. Just come out with it already. |
| Well, Sakura-chan: Your new friend lives in Eriol's house. Her butler is basically an ikemen version of Eriol (also, knowing CLAMP, he may have a pedophile-like relationship with Akiho). She comes from England and says she has come "for a book". Not only this, but she has a book with clocks. She also has an odd-looking doll who she calls "her friend". Eriol doesn't answer your messages. How many more clues do you want? Also, at this point how many jobs has Tôya had? I know they're part-time jobs, but since the old series every 5 chapters he seems to have a new job... Maybe he is fired from all them due to his obnoxious character? I think that is because in the old series the episodes used to revolve about a certain activity (a school trip, cultural festival, a mystery...) and generally the cards were involved in that episode (Naoko using the Create book, the Mirror-copy of Sakura, etc). This new arc feels more vague and slice-of-life-ish: They go around doing things, then a card appears and is captured in 3 minutes, often very easily (this one did literally nothing). I prefer the old formula too. |

| I think it's safe to say the book Akiho is looking for is The Clow Book. I don't think she knows about Sakura's magic powers but the butler might. Especially since he called to interrupt Akiho right when she was discussing what her book was about. |

| Enjoyable episode, little by little we are getting some foreshadowing exposition, which I like. They captured that card a bit too fast though. People have to realize that the original quality also came from the revelations and it is conclusion, as such some of its most dull moments, where way more boring that whatever Clear Hen has brought to the table. Just finished the original manga, so I do know what I m talking about. Of course I dont believe this will be beating the original, but it is doing a good job at not being a bad sequel, not shaming the series name. |

| Hmm, a lot of simillarities between Sakura and Akiho... Sakura KINOMOTO - Akiho NISHIMOTO Sakura have Kero - Akiho have Momo Akiho have a crush for Kaito, like Sakura was in previously series for Yukito, maybe Kaito is a guardian like Yukito/Yue. Another thing is about the cards. They appears like a desire Sakura have, like that recording card because in the begning of 6th episode she willing to have something like this, and at episode 8 she said something about flying with the new card, and then in this episode a new card appears for make something invisible, with that she can fly anywhere without people see she's flying. |

| Two minutes in and I'm already dying with the Kero strangling. New girl invites them to her house but Syaoran can't go because he'll be busy sitting in his room, in the dark with his angst. But it's okay cause next week he'll be free and they'll have a cute date aaaaaaaaaaa. And they have a cute moment aaaaaaaaa It's been 8 episodes and Sakura is still waiting for Eriol to send a message, wow that's kinda sad. They go visit and then the butler enters the picture and lots of questions pop in my head: how old is this guy, is this problematic, does he go to school, is he a slave or what. He is definitely suspicious. Sakura gets embarassed for doing a weird noise (which was very cute btw) because she's a middle schooler now, she needs to be more mature. Talking with toys is ok though... Having a library like that when you move a lot is so not a good idea. Imagine what a pain it must be. Get a kindle girl. Why even have a card in this episode if it's gonna do literally nothing, we could have just focused in the clock book since that actually seems important. Too bad no explanations about it for now, you need to capture more cards to unlock this feature. So, considering how everybody is so worried about Sakura's situation I think it's safe to say nothing important is happening. I mean we've been through this before, everything will be daijoubu. I.NEED.NEXT.EPISODE.NOW. |

| Has anyone even noticed that the cards WANT to be captured? In previous arcs Sakura had to somewhat battle the cards in order to catch it. It's more of a "can we trust Sakura to be our master" rather than forcibly catching them and making them obey like a Pokemon. The theme of trust and friendship is the narrative being pushed here. My take on Akiho; I think Akiho is Sakura's mom from another time and universe trying to help Sakura's universe because her own one was destroyed or lost. |

| LOLZ I definitely heard Hanae Natsuki from Yuna D. Kaito! what a solid formal butler! They had fun in Akiho's residence! They found another card inside the humongous library of Akiho! For sure, I feel like that book will be a huge involvement in the story, called Alice in Clock Land, not sure how Akiho managed to understand the language...cuz the design of the front cover of the book (clock wroks) is exactly like Sakura's Dream! 4/5. |

| They are not keeping it any secret that Yuna D. Kaito is a guardian. There are just too many vibes to give us a twist in the end and make him appear as a normal butler. It's not just the book, look at the clock he uses. |

| I was defs expecting Akiho to turn around to Sakura in that library all evil-like when she was saying she was looking for a book in Japan, and be like "and you have it. Now DIE." Was kinda disappointed tbh. xD |
