| Is Kurapica going through rebel-teenage-mode or is he just so upset that he's not in the reinforcement group? He is way different from the last time he was with the others. Kurapika should've made some hair for that woman. |

| Quite an amazing episode. I liked the spider butterfly allegories. This is a really awesome episode where Kurapika's character is shown with a little bit depth. There is something good about the master's explanations of nen. |

| First time on my watch-through of the 1999 episode that I thought it had an almost masterpiece of an episode with extremely good original content and amazing directing and is also one of the first times I hear people just saying it was a bad episode in the forums. Crazy. This was single handily the best episode of this version of the show so far. |
