| It was nice to see how Jun dealt with the loss, considering he was the one that wasn't able to reach Inashiro's game-winning ball. It's sad to see all the great characters in the 3rd year not being able to make it to Koshien with the rest of the team, but it's also realistic and teaches you that you just have to move on sometimes. This was a nice set up for the next season, if we ever get one. I really hope so! |
| I'm still overwhelmed by sadness that the guys who retired at Seido didn't get to Koshien. Jun really wanted to see the stage, at least he got to see his kohais living it up. That pumped feeling Sawamura displayed at the opening, still gives me good vibes. Overall I enjoyed this OVA, hope for more on the second act! |

| I'm still bitter ;( I really want Senpai to play at Koshien huhuhu 3 yrs are too short for them.. I want to see them at University, all of Seidou team but I know it's impossible huhu lol they're reading shoujo manga xD so cutie!!! Furuya and Eijun ❤ |

| I remember almost tearing up after the last episode of Diamond no Ace, I'm attached to the third years- It's so sad that they weren't able to achieve their dream which is going to Koshien with Coach Kataoka ;-; "As long as we're playing baseball, we can always meet anytime" ;_____; |
| 2.5 years training at Seidou and never reaching the big stage of Koshien is sad for those graduating seniors especially Jun who struggled a lot with it. Well at least their juniors managed to fulfill that dream and also good to see them moving on. |

| Decent 2 episodes focusing on the time between them winning the final and going to Nationals. I appreciate the focus on the thoughts of the players and that some are just not willing to continue after high school. |
