I wonder how many years Bibury has lived in a world full of his lies. Probably as a little kid, she doesn't know the Dark Animals were orchestrated by Norir and manipulates little girls like her to be at his side. That... Is ratter painful to think of.

I still wonder why the animal choice on the mythology, but I guess its made to counter Noir's own pets.

The Power Up is... Okay? But I do enjoy the Animal Merry Go-Round... Like...

ITS CUTE LITTLE WIDDLE ANIMALS AND THE CURES ARE RIDING THEM. I'm a closet little fangirl right now.

Y'know, I really liked Kirakira Precure when it started out. The character designs grabbed my attention immediately, and I quickly grew to enjoy the five main girls' personalities too. Sure, not much happened and the show never developed any dramatic stakes, but I was fine with that, the character interactions were more than enough to keep me happy.

Things started going off the rails when Ciel was introduced. At first I liked her a lot, her personality was fun and her character design was so great, but then someone on the Kirakira Precure team must have decided the plot wasn't progressing fast enough because in a blink of an eye suddenly Ciel was a floating rabbit, and then suddenly Julio was Ciel's long-lost floating-rabbit friend, and then suddenly Ciel was the sixth Precure, and suddenly now there were two new villains going after the girls. Ciel's arc revealed that this show has egregiously-sporadic pacing- sometimes nothing happens, and sometimes everything happens at once and nothing makes sense any more.

This episode is basically the culmination of this pacing problem. Bibury's character arc was never especially well-explored, but the amount of focus she was given this episode and the amount of change she underwent was completely out of place and did not do justice to her potentially-interesting character. Of course, it's easy to lose sight of Bibury's poor characterization in the midst of the maelstrom of backstory this episode provided- this episode attempts to resolve Bibury's arc, tell a story about the ancient Precure, give us more insight into Noir's powers, and show off the new Precure merchand-[ahem] finisher move. None of these get well-explored, and to add insult to injury this may very well be the ugliest episode of the show so far. Movement is drastically limited, character models are given noticeably low amounts of detail at the most unfortunate times, and in general there is a lack of fun scenes.

Now that I look back on it, Kirakira Precure was already as good as dead many episodes ago, but let it be known that episode 32 was finally the thing that put this anime down. The show is dead, long live the show.

This are my thougths of the episode:

Ok, Lumiere fight alone all the time and also Noir fight with no minions in the past. So, I can conclude that: Lumiere won, but Noir didn't diead (or vanished, what ever you want). Years pass and Lumiere died but her soul rest (as the end of the episode explain).

So, Noir resurected? What happened with the battle between Lumiere and Noir? I got too much questions? In present Noir wave useless minions, I can prove this because in the past this were worst than in present. By the way, How many years have pass? I conclud not too much because Bibury, She was a kid when she was posses by Noir, and Now (maybe) she has the same age of Ichika, maybe one or 2 more. Why Bibury didn't appear earlier on the anime?

This season is getting worst and I am gessing at the end will have some plot holes that the story will ignore.

Ep 18 - Bibury first appearance.
Ep 26 - First implication that Bibury will turn good.
Ep 27-31 - Each cures individual focused episode.
Ep 32 - Bibury is good.

They really rushed through her development this episode especially since it wasn't the sole thing they focused on this episode like redac_ted said above.

Pretty disappointment especially cause villain redemption in this franchise when done right are some of my favorite moments in this franchise.

Wow, the discussion actually went strong in this episode, usually the threads are dead.

I love Animal Go Round, as silly as it is. Like others has said, the pacing is off. But overall, I'd say I liked the slice of life moments, the Ciel in school episode was so enjoyable for me. I don't really watch the show for the drama, but I did enjoy the emotional episodes like the festival one, Julio's one (especially this) and the mother episode we just had.

However... I can't bring myself to like Bibury one bit. I'd say she doesn't deserve the kindness the Cures are showing her. Yes she was pretty much misled and lied to. However, even if she had a bad past it still doesn't justify what she's doing to people. She was basically a yandere for Noir, and having a tragic backstory where she was "saved" by Noir doesn't make it ok to just hurt people to please him. On top of that, she abused Ciel's kindness twice. So no, I don't feel bad for her, I dislike how nice Ciel and everyone is to her and I still don't get why everyone is so nice to her. Julio was much more interesting to me, I liked his backstory more and didn't immediately turn good after being back to his fairy form.

Honestly I don't care that much for the plot, as long as the show is still enjoyable.

My girl Bibury is finally free from Noir, I'm going to miss her previous color scheme but her getting more screen time from now on makes me more than happy.
