| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Mm, I think this episode had an artistic nature to it with the Greek statues. The case itself is still quite thrilling filled with flower symbolism and actual meaning as Misaki described. Episode also takes a violent twist with a direct confrontation in the garden. Seriously though, cases like just just never seems to end well. I expect to see more of Takuto in the future. The background story with the fire in this episode felt kinda cliche imo. |

| But, I could tell that Gisele is little like Takato. The first time we see Takato, he kill the magician who kill her mother. The two came to kill for the first time for theirs mother. Maybe not we don't know since when Takato kill person. |

| Tsukuyomi Giselle is one of my favorite character in Kindaichi(eventhough she only appeared once) and hopefully to see more no matter what. she is uncanny similarity to Takato at something for me. Next case is meh. didn't expected they bother to do it. |

I guess Giselle could have a similar role to Takato but bring different type of writing styles and motivations for the cases. Takato has been around for a long while with nothing really getting fleshed out about him since the introductory case up till this case (his father and sister from another mother introduced) now and I'd imagine the authors want to try something new with her. Maybe she'll get her own cases at one point in the future if we get lucky. It's not like she's a villain or anything and shouldn't have any motivation to keep killing after this case. I hope she'll become the Haibara Ai of Kindaichi one day. |

The authors are just too stuck on the formula of the series (inner circle case+revenge because of a tragic past), but it's not like they can't come up with something new if they want to. They have the chess pieces, all they have to do is start playing with them. |

| Oh maaaan. That was so good. Loved this case. I think the best part was Takato and Kindaichi working together and finding the culprit. I always thought that creepy girl was suspicious LOL. |
