is it just me or is something super fucked up being just brushed off as a joke?? likee... shiratori was an older brother figure for chun & tsugumi.... & like ok, that kinda thing can change, but he was significantly older than both of them, & related or not he was still trusted as an older brother figure. then he started becoming attracted to shun while shun was still a fucking prepubescent kid and shiratori was a teenager. he's a whole fucking pedophile. then he tried to sexually assault shun when shun was 14 and shiratori was literally a college student. i'm only 17 years old, but i could never date a 14 year old bc they are so young and immature and i'm already in a different phase of my life. do we not see an issue here?? shiratori at this point is like 18-20 or something, i know most ppls image of a pedophile is a creepy middle-aged man, and not a handsome and successful young adult.... but reality is different. there are a lot of pedos like that who get away with it bc no one would believe it. and then the fact that he threatened to sexually assault shun again.

anyway it's just.... it's really uncomfortable that all this is being brushed off as a joke. and the thought that shun mightve been traumatized by this is almost played as a joke too. it seems like shun himself wants to make the situation seem less serious than it was, which i can understand, buuut... im just tired of seeing sexual assault and pedophilia brushed off and made into a joke or even romanticized in some cases. like for some reason it's almost every bl author's idea of a genius joke or love story. it's not just bl, but i mention bl bc its especially common in this genre :/
