| I didn't realize Goro was in his mid-20s, though that does make sense. He comes off kind of like a high school student. It was also weird to then hear Kurumi refer to herself by her junior high school, so I thought she was way younger or something. Also Goro has a bachelor's degree? That actually explains why he is supposed to have bad luck considering that he often works as a construction worker or similar. Finally, the angels being copies of other people is sort of weird, and you'd think it would have been mentioned earlier. The actual plot was the standard jealousy episode that this show loves to do, with the characters running off of their own imaginings, heading down train tracks into strange worlds of emotional mountains. I really, really did not care for it, at least until the scene near the end with the characters reminiscing on past times and the passage of time. The conclusion was decent too. |
