| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Freakin' hell. No comments on this episode? I thought the last few episodes were good, but this was left me crying a bucket. D; Especially the part where Takahito said he didn't want a glove in exchange for his father. And also when he was talking about his last words to his father, I knew Handa would respond like that, but it's still a great feeling for characterization. I used to find Handa very annoying and a total brat, but now despite his whining and everything, I like how he's gotten more caring and sympathetic. He's a good person at heart. :) Parental sacrifice for their child, despite being poor, clumsy, or hated. <3 |

| Another great two parter. What I like about the formula is that all these tragedies eventually end on a heartwarming note. |
One Piece episode 914 & 915 & 1027 were a mistake and 957 brought the salvation - FMmatron |
| That sure was a fucking good episode. I don't know what else to say, I cried quite a bit at the final reunion scene. This episode (And the last) were really good. 5/5 episode. |
