| Hrmmm, the first chapter didn't "wow" me or anything but heard this is supposed to be a good series and many series I have read that I consider amazing don't start off guns blazing so will just assume it builds up. Anyways Mariko looked better w/ long hair imo. |

| 1. i remember reading this manga 3 months ago. i came back to it having failed many times at trying to find another manga like Girl Friends. each time i failed, it made me realized how great this series really is. 2. sometimes i wish i could forget everything about this manga, find it once more, and fall in love again. |

I dislike very short hair on girls, but Mari still has an "acceptable" length and suits her very much. At least 2 of my female friends had or have shorter hair and they both are extremely cute so it suited them when they had it (though I still like it more when these 2 friends of mine have longer hair). |
