The first three or so were AWESOME intro eps, but it fell into filler and now is trying (horribly) to execute the plot in the last three episodes... Magical girls? Seriously? I thought time-travel and mythical beasts were enough, but NOOOO. We've gotta have Final Fantasy classes too. |

| Holy crap, that came out of NO WHERE. Mikaze reminded me more of a succubi than a witch though. Either way, I still hate her. While the twist was very surprising, I really don't know how to feel about this episode, OR this series in general :/ |

I thought getting a turtle was enough, but NOOOOO, we gotta have random pointless slice-of-life too. Just in case you forgot, the plot of the first episode was the girls all going to Budokan. That quickly fell by the wayside to slew of filler/pointless slice-of-life episodes, and then at the end it wanted to actually seem poignant by having Yui state how much she had grown in her two years since she arrived for freshmen opening ceremony. |

| I definietely like this Mikaze better, the epd itself was pretty good. The white mage didn't fool me, I knew she was still working with maya somehow. Bunmei all sorts of fail in this one. |

Cutting to that scene with the mob from Abe's apartment was awkward (poor) directing but she was creepy and sexy in her seduction, such a complete 180 from the sickly sweet and kind persona from before. Loved this episode and its twists but of course you knew Maya wasn't really dead. We've seen poltergeists and other otherworldly things, mages are HARDLY that big of a leap in my opinion considering what we've seen along the way. Also, I hate Bunmei. What a worthless blubbering pussy. No wonder Mikaze wants to slowly kill him when she's done, having to put up with him for all these episodes. Is the commander in the future Maya's father? I thought he kind of looked like him from what we've seen. Anyone else? |

This episode was awesome on it's own... but when you pair it with the rest of the series... it doesn't correlate and/or fit with the rest of the series. I'll tell you what though;I'm glad I didn't drop this and I sure-as-hell didnt expect the final arc to go this way. MY mind just got FUCKED. |
