Yui isn't a very active role (Note, she doesn't even have a specified weapon).She's basically there at the beginning and used as a plot device mainly. I Might have to suggest that she be someones secondary Rp character (As long as their other character is one that never really meets her)
Jess would be the most active role. Each of the 'bad guys' only really get an episode or two generally. (Its been ages since i've read through the whole script though, so i'm not that sure on some things.)
