Have you guys noticed that Kenji's fist always has the pinkie extended? What's that about?

The last punch thrown by her also had the pinkie extended if you noticed.

I noticed this time. Maybe its some type of thing to protect the pinky from breaking.

When they were discussing deadly attacks versus normal one, they did show a depiction of a punch but the pinkie withdrawn in the normal one. They were saying something in the lines of they look the same but have subtle differences...
