| I think it does deserve the hype; wouldn't phrase it as a once in a decade anime, but it is easy to get into and fun to watch, especially for someone new to isekai or fiction elements. I am not mad about the typical shounen action plot stuff and the animation is pretty nice as well. I don't find myself agreeing to most people's opinions on 'the best anime' or 'once in a decade anime', so I believe it all comes down to personal taste. |
