I just came to announce this. Basically I'd been watching the 2 side by side and by ep 11 of the anime there was still 3 and half episodes of the live action still to go (each ep is 40 mins).

I think the main characters are just as adorable in the anime and I love it to bits, I hope you do too 😊😊😊😊

I think Amazon Prime in Japan. Also, loads of sites that pirate Asian dramas/movies, etc, such as watchasia, billibilli

I'll also put in a recommendation for reading the manga. A few of the epilogue-like bits from the last episode get sprinkled in later, but you can basically pick it up from chapter 60 like it's just a continuation of the anime.
