Mist...he probably could've handled this better. At least they managed to save Narsena.

Obviously, this is setting up for the final battle but the execution feels blend. Pretty sure Laust will be a key player in this even though Mist did all he could this episode.

Isn't this escalated too quickly? Raust will now going from someone who was banished from the party to hero that will save the world in one cour.

Is it just me, or were the fight scenes looking worse today, like they could hardly be bothered to animate them?

lol, Hydra, the Phoenix, and last week's griffin and fenrir were each more difficult than the labyrinth master. Why even hype it up?

I'm glad Mist chose the smart choice over the sentimental one, even if it ended up not mattering. (Possession is stupidly easy for the evil dragon.)

I'm fear Narsena is about to go try to sacrifice herself, though.

@LordCrueltyV It's not JUST you. He took out three of those cyclops monsters, but we hardly saw anything of the battle. Or where did the other 2 come from?! Also, the fight against the Siren was just too easy. In fact, every fight was won seemingly with no effort at all. Mostly seemed to consist of monsters diving into the ground and evaporating...

Anticlimactic and average construction episode. Laust is an ignorant man. Narsena proves love is blind.

Hope the ending episode to compensate.

Not our fire goddess!!!!

I am confused and disappointed. So Mist was actually a good/decent guy and Chancellor is the bad guy, Laust is NOT the dragon was Narsena will NOT be putting him to sleep by him EATING her.

So is Laust the hero? What a weird hero form, but didn't Mist say Lausts special form was something that should have stayed asleep?! So confusing. Looking forward to finale, looks like will be happy ending with end being start of their new journey!

This ISN'T a great anime (as we all know) but I really don't see how the rating dropped below 6. This doesn't deserve below 6.5. I've seen total garbage rated higher than that.

So Mist actually wants to help and stop the chancellor from letting the town get destroyed.
They defeated the dungeon master Siren so easily.
Unfortunately the dragon had another trick up their sleeve.

I have ADD, ADHD & AUTISM, but this won't stop me. Let's keep having fun together.

Nice episode. Curious to know how Ralma's fate will end up to be. Also curious to know how they will beat such an enemy now that he has one of the strongest vessels to acquire. Excited for the last episode!

The production committee clearly mishandled the budget, and it shows. The quality quickly went to shit.

The pacing became rushed, the art style inconsistent, and the overall production felt cheap.

Previous episodes had much better fights, like the Hydra, Fenrir, and Griffon battles, which were far more entertaining. In this episode, however, they seemed to give up—Laust killing three Cyclops wasn’t even animated.

Wow, this was so underwhelming. That’s the way the whole season has been. They’ve deviated so much from the manga that it’s unrecognizable. It won't end well. Oh well.

I haven’t read the manga. So, based solely on the anime, this series doesn’t seem aptly named.

It’s called The Healer Who Was Banished From His Party, Is, in Fact, the Strongest.

This may be true, but the story doesn’t seem to focus on this. This story focuses way more on the ensemble cast.

“The Weakest Healer Found a New Party and Saves the World” seems more appropriate. Especially since it feels like this is a one-cour show with nowhere to go afterwards. Don’t get me wrong, I like it when seasons end neatly. I prefer that because you never know if you’ll get another season. However, this show genuinely seems over. Not sure if I’d be interested in a second season even if it weren’t.

Bruh I thought I was watching this episode on 2x speed man, like everything happened so fast???
Like how did they find Mist and Narsena in the "not fully explored labyrinth" so fast, after building it up for most of the series?
And also, how did they beat the final boss in under 2 minutes, when a phoneix took them an entire episode???

I fear this anime has suffered from escalating too quickly at the climax.

Pretty much that is the remaining possibility branch. Still do not know what that magical horn on his head at the end of the Hydra fight meant.

I just hope they won't end this series in the final episode. I would be sad to see this story end just like that. That ED makes this episode tragic.

(looks like the source is only 4 volumes, unfortunately)

It's not that I dislike this genre but... to add unnecessary fan services to/in/for heroines
and ultimately destroys her character and personality; their purity tarnished because of it,
is the only thing I hope to not happen to them. For that sole purity is my fan service.

Maybe it's the power of being horn[y], hence the horn.
They should gather all the horns available and stick it on his body for maximum horn.

So... MC one shoted the 3 cyclops... ok... so can MC control his hidden powers now?

(also... nice dungeon master there... it's suppose to be stronger than the other mutant monsters from before... but it dies in less than 5 mins, LOL)

.

Also, "no one have died"

YET... MC's master is still being Drained non-stop...

And now... she isn't gonna get out as the Guild Master has been taken controlled and is draining her even faster.

Yup, "no one have died"

Stupid dumbass.

They should have tried to gather up everyone for a Coup to overthrown the "chancellor"... SINCE THEY HAVE DECADES OF TIME... (as they mentioned they KNEW the dragon was coming decades before)

Since without the chancellor, there would be no need for the Barrier, cause eveyrone would already be evacuated and they can just take their time to kill the monsters and the Dragons afterwards without normal people being caught in the way.

The party would have an easier time, cause Ralma would also be there to help fight the monsters instead of being imprisoned.

.

So ONCE AGAIN... The Elf guild master and Mist are idiots.

I generally think this anime is pretty mediocre, but I must give credit where credit is due. The show did a good job of making me believe that Myst was evil. Well played.

The Sleeping Princess fairy tale plot is finally uncovered to Laust and the others as Narsena is brought to Mist for the same reason, and the long-living Guild master has known that for centuries awaiting the girl in blue hair to be the hero of the story. And to think that it all stemmed from the higher-ups down from the Chancellor knowing that Mardat is a hotspot for the labyrinth uprisings that have been happening for time millenia, Mist took the risk of having the fire goddess Ralma be the city's walls to contain the uprising on their own. It's a risky approach, but it has to be done.

The Mardat labyrinth being extensively known by both Mist and Hanzum, but yet not wanting to harness Narsena's powers as the Sleeping Princess and deal with the labyrinth master quick to save everyone's lives, the compromise is for the best to pass on the baton to the youngsters to finish the job with the siren. Unfortunately, this is not quite enough to stop the evil dragon as Mist's calculations get overthrown by its possession to surround Mardat.

It's quite a bad situation now, and Narsena really may have no choice but to follow the fairy tale's plot.
