Mainly for manga readers or simply someone with a lot of info, after 5th season, and the current progress of the manga, how many more seasons will take for Kingdom to complete the entire story of unification of Middle Kingdom of China? Surely depends on the manga which is currently 800ish chapters with almost 500 chapters covered upto 5th season. Also hope Kingdom Season 6 airs soon enough yeah.

it is currently ongoing and the pace of the anime release is very slow so it might never catch up

I’m not familiar with the actual history, but the manga is far from finished. Probably several hundred chapters away. Given the pace of anime release and how much content each season actually covers, there will be several more seasons.

The states that are to be conquered by Qin are in order Han, Zhao, Wei, Chu, Yan, and Qi. We just started the battle against Han. And it will last some chapters. I expect the battle against Zhao to be longest out of all conquering battles (150+ chapters). The battles against Chu and Wei I expect to be pretty long, too. So until the end of the manga, I'd say around 500 more chapters

Season 6 will adapt either a part of or full Western Zhao Arc, which is one of the longest arcs with 147 chapters, so eitherway it'll take a lot of time, can't expect it before 2026.

Manga will surely take 10+ years to be completed. It's hard to say how many seasons it will take since the number of episodes in earlier seasons were 39 and now it's 13. As for season 6, it will probably return back to 39 episodes since next arc "Western Zhao Invasion" is 147 chapters long.
