I just realize how stupid is this story. We don't know why, how and who kill him, who chose him to be reborn in this new world.

Why he have a ability to resurrection. What is the plan after all... Did someone send him there just to suffer?!

To be honest, I just watching this anime just to see what is next.

ps. Emilia dont even know what is mean virgin. WTF is this show about.

Brother, you good? Part of the show are the mysteries to be unraveled. That’s the point. Should have realized that if you watched all Re-Zero media.

Go rewatch the series if you really need this much of a memory refresh 😂

How he came to Lugunica, who brought him there and why he keeps resurrecting are all unknowns to us.

He blinked and he was in another world.
Everything we learnt in Season 2 can't be taken as a fact since a lot of that exposition was just Echidna's dream, and the Satella we saw there was just an approximation constructed from her memories.

Anyways I think it is safe to conclude that Subaru died because he fell asleep standing up, whilst wearing dark clothing, in the middle of the street at night.
And since he was walking outside a convenience store. It was probably a petrol truck he got hit by.

I don’t care that someone doesn’t like the show. The mystery can be a frustrating element for some people. But suddenly hating on a show that has had two seasons an OVA worth of mystery, for the mystery is slightly odd to me 🤷🏼‍♂️

Also, not understanding why Emilia doesn’t know about the concept of virginity further proves my point he forgot portions of Season 2 and the OVA.

If he didn’t understand most of the show is a mystery than yeah I stand by my statement. He should probably give it a rewatch.

The premise in this anime is silly so I kinda agree with the OP there, we barely know anything about the true purpose of Subaru in this world, he was thrown there with absolutely no plan or manual which is already silly but this is more of a problem with Isekai animes in particular I guess, I did complain about this in the 1st season too years ago but I got over it.

But I don't mind, I'm enjoying this anime and that's what I care for anyway.

he wasnt killed, he was "chosen" because satella either wants him to love her or to end her suffering honestly probably both thats my personal take, his ability comes from a curse set on by satella to lead him to her, you should probably rewatch season 1 and 2 before jumping into 3 if ur confused

Also, the rest of your questions are probably all Satella.. it should be obvious.. it's the only character so far that could make sense as an answer for them.
For some, like 'Why he have a ability to resurrection' we know for a fact it was Satella and it's even confirmed in season 2 at that last tea party that Satella attended. Subaru asked her if giving him RBD was an option she had available for him.
SO yeah, most of your questions were already answered, but you just forgot.. and the ones that aren't answered by the show with 100% certainty yet, are almost for sure Satella.

'Did someone send him there just to suffer'. Same episode I was talking about above Satella said her endgame is for Subaru to eventually kill her.
