The only shows I could think is magus bride and one piece where the characters don't wear the same thing all time, they have at least some variety in clothes

Can anyone think of others that I can't

Cardcaptor Sakura and Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuuutsu are famous examples.

Detective Conan does that a lot, with basically a different outfit for each case after a certain point.
Of what i remember, the characters of Bleach have multiple outfits when they are in the human world.

There probably is a lot more, it's just that people tend to notice the non-changing outfit rather than the opposite.

It isn't very rare.
I mean, off the top of my head, Oshi no Ko does the same.

Many school anime/manga have changes of clothes but it’s usually a school uniform the majority of the time. There’s also idol and cosplay related stuff that change a lot, it’s usually something like big anime that keep the same general outfit(s).

Huh? I feel like the characters change clothes in most shows I watch...
I think to an extent it differs between anime genres though.

Characters tend to wear the same clothes / outfit throughout a show if it's part of their persona, or part of the context.

It also helps to make a character more visibly recognizable and iconic if they wear the same outfit all the time, which helps commercialize them and the show, spread popularity, serialize, and sell merch. So I think it's more common in genres / shows that aim for that kinda fame.

Last 3 eps I've watched was Twilight Out Of Focus, Dan Da Dan, and The Café Terrace And Its Goddesses and they change outfits in all those shows.

Not to be THAT guy to but there is LITERALLY a show airing where they change clothes pretty regularly.

Momo from DanDaDan had like 3/4+ outfits in 4 episode span.
