Which subs are more accurate ?

in the given images you can clearly see in the first one there is talk about killing ichigo and in the second there is talk about killing uryu and i found that a little different
and i am not nitpicking just thinking if both the subs are correct or not ?

@ImTheHourlyDevil Both sources have their small problems in localization, and even leave important stuff untranslated (like the little infodump texts during the eyecatches). In this particular example, the second one is the correct translation, considering the context that Uryu told him he would have to kill him in order to pass.

What he says is more among the lines of "And thus why you told me (I'd have) to kill you?"
