Damn technology you're scary
You're able to edit videos as easily swiping left & right I can't believe that xD

As always Kaori went out to the danger to become damsel in distress very quickly :P

Aww seems they're pretty nice trio until the duel came up.. for a woman they both loved
Almost like duel with Umibouzu, thankfully it didn't end that way

WOW that was really something. An interesting story the whole way through and the animation was amazing.

It was very over the top and I'm personally not a fan of adding in a serious love interest from the past for Ryo. Especially since we still don't get any real moments between Kaori and Ryo which is unfortunate. But still overall this was a really fun and pretty well made special.

I'm sorta surprised that this was the last special they ever did as this and Goodbye my Sweetheart were both pretty fun action romps. There was definitely room for more in my opinion but I suppose perhaps after 13 or so years of City Hunter that maybe the hunger for more just wasn't there in the numbers, be it in viewership or with Sunrise. Which is a shame.

Well I will certainly move onto Angel Heart soon, maybe straight away but also maybe not, I'll think about it. There is obviously the new movie to look forward too and I certainly am looking forward to seeing it, especially with the Cat's Eye cameo. Super excited for that.

Not a bad story for a TV special but still plays like an extended two-part story. Another from Ryo Saeba's past that came back to enact revenge. The OP and insert song are not good but the ED is the firm favorite - 'Get Wild' by TM Network.
