I checked the manga, and the manga pages are simple, unlike the anime scene. manga page, credit to mangaplus remind me of Bocchi the Rock! animated by CloverWorks as well. and when I checked their entries on MAL, my oh my.... Same staffs involved in BtR project also involved this project as well! Hamaguchi, Akira - Key Animation Itou, Yuuki - Animation Director & Key Animation Itou, Yuuki - Key Animation Kawakami, Yuusuke - Episode Director, Storyboard, Assistant Director, Key Animation Miwa, Shuuhei - Animation Director & Key Animation Miyauchi, Takashi - Animation Director & Key Animation Nogya - Animation Director & Key Animation Saitou, Keiichirou - Key Animation Tomita, Mari - Animation Director & Key Animation Yamamoto, Yuusuke - Key Animation Great adaptation! For me, this is one of the series where you need to consume it in anime medium! |

Well, as you noted, it's the same production line as Bocchi the Rock! Similarly, both manga art isn't exceptional.
So that explains the similar vibe, as you put it.

| Umehara productions are insanely ambitious while having ridiculous schedules, like Wonder Egg Priority, My Dress up Darling, Bocchi and now EluSam. But the animators always pull through and deliver a visual spectacle cuz they got aura |
