Oh man, that was a lot of talking. And anger.
The thing is they’re both right in their own ways. The story is from Hinako’s POV so we think she’s the better one, but had the story been from Hidaka’s POV, we’d be on her side. Cause they’re so similar.

I mean, Hidaka ain’t wrong. Without Alice, Hinako would be dead by now. It might be true that Alice and Hinako love each other, but she is also using Alice’s protection for her own gain.

I don’t really agree with her belief of god, considering those who follow their religious book’s rules are the ones who manipulate the most. But replace the „god“ in her sentence with something else (or see „god“ as a metaphor here) and she is somewhat right.
