From what I’ve seen MAL has been pretty inconsistent when it comes to early premieres. Though I wouldn’t have expected it from a show that seems to be as high profile and anticipated as this.

They're using the Japanese airing dates. Not necessarily needing a change.

It was also on Hulu and Japan has Hulu

But wouldn't that make it like 3 weeks or something behind, cause according to Google episode 4 will be on 4th of July and keep going from that on, with episode 10 on 15th August, kinda feels wrong that a Japanese show will be so late to air in Japan

@CrunchyCrobat I think the same thing actually happened with RWBY Ice Queendom actually, the first 3 episodes premiered early and we unironically had to wait 3 weeks to get episode 4 💀 im hoping its not the case with this anime but yeah we'll see

Well according to Google as I said, that's not the case, japan's TV just gonna be behind by what you are saying, but on max it's gonna be every week from now on

@Dark_whatever it’s not. It’s gonna be airing 7 weeks with ep 4 coming out next Thursday. Which is why it would make sense to change the air date to actually match when everyone will watch it

@Dark_whatever it’s not. It’s gonna be airing 7 weeks with ep 4 coming out next Thursday. Which is why it would make sense to change the air date to actually match when everyone will watch it

@Peenutz Nah, the policy here on MAL is that all air dates follow the official Japan TV air date, which for this anime, it's July 6.

To make up for that though, there is a previewed date listed on the left under the Information section, which for this anime is June 27.

Episodes 1-3 received an advance release on Hulu and Max on June 27, 2024. Each subsequent episode was streamed 23 days in advance of the TV broadcast on Hulu and Max.
