Amidst the family trip, Izumi clearly is feeling out of her league, even contemplating to give up her position to someone else. And Kurume bringing her to the family's bicycle racetrack to gether her thoughts from being criticized by the online community, she's a real help to relieve her right before the Rookie Final. And at last, the time has come to pit everyone together, though clearly, everyone wants to win this Final really badly, including Izumi. And what looks like a poto finish between Hiratsuka and Izumi, Nana still has got the talent to back herself up, whilst Izumi and the girls will help bolster the future of women's bicycle racing, as they all celebrate together as one L14 term group of girls who are no longer rookies, but amateurs. A perfectly average show for an audience of 3, pretty unremarkable. |

| At least they didn't end with a draw between all the characters. Photo finish was ok tho still a pretty laid back ending. Anime was ok but to much characters and some of the main cast was mostly ignored. |
| Decent enough finale with an exciting photo finish to the race. I did enjoy this series but I do wish we got to learn more about some of the characters. |

| Quite the exciting race to end the show with, I’d say it was definitely the best race with how we got to witness the whole thing and everyone competing had their entire heart and soul in it, even if the CGI looks the same as always I could feel the energy, although maybe Izumi should keep her eyes on the race and not the people in the stands during the final stretch lol. And as I expected, Kuma made one last appearance as a spectator, I thought there’d be a bit more with her at the end but nah, I kinda respect it tho, even if she is the one that dragged them all into this bicycle racing thing in the first place lol. And I’m actually kinda surprised Izumi didn’t win, although it was very close, Nana went and stole it once again, but I’m glad they were all able to chill afterward besides that L13 girl who was not happy during the race, but apparently she was smiling afterward so hopefully she can take the loss lol. And they left us with that last sexy artwork after the ED, it’s damn nice art, it’s just unfortunate the show didn’t look that good. And to answer the post above me, yes I’m gonna review it in my usual way like I always do, since I was here every week I oughta do at least this much lol. Not a bad show, I certainly enjoyed it overall, I initially picked this show because I thought bicycle racing sounded like an interesting theme for a sports anime, and you can’t go wrong with lots of cute girls too, and I got what I came for but unfortunately the production held this back quite a bit along with the plot which honestly wasn’t that engaging, and this was a problem from the beginning when all the girls decided to just drop everything and pursue this sport they had no interest in until now, I think they could have made something more believable there. And I’ll say I did adjust to the animation and CGI over time, but that doesn’t mean it was good lol, it was serviceable and I’ve seen much worse (this season even) but it played a role in the enjoyment of the races for sure. That being said, the races were actually the best part of the show, I enjoyed all of them quite a bit and got pretty invested, I’m glad they were able to do that despite the production being low. And of course I liked the girls too, great character designs and fun personalities, it’s just unfortunate with only 12 episodes and so many characters, none of them got the proper focus they deserved, maybe with the exception of Izumi, but even she didn’t feel like the MC at times lol. And I can’t end this post without mentioning the great OP and ED combo, the visuals were good but they were both awesome songs, especially that ED which is actually one of my favorites this season, such a jam. And I highly doubt this ever gets another season, but it would be cool to see it happen maybe with a better production, or maybe another bicycle racing anime will come later down the line that will beat this one. |
| Definitely not as good as Long Riders or Minami High School, but it was fine, there was enough decent moments in it. Not something I would watch again though. |
