The saitou family tree?

So I've watched about 6 episodes and now I'm a bit confused about how many children and grandchildren etc. they have. So it would be nice is someone could explain how they're family works as of now

From what I've understood, Grandma and Grandpa had 3 kids including 2 sons and a daughter. Each son had a daughter themselves (the two we've seen a lot of) and the daughter had 3 children of her own which included 2 sons and a daughter. The eldest son (grandson of G&G) has a child of his own that looked pretty young making him the first great grandchild of G&G. Also everyone except the youngest grandson of G&G seemed to have a partner.

On top of what the user above said, Ine (the Grandma) has 1 sister, and 1 brother.
(The brother was shown in a single panel in the Manga (as of English fan-translations), but i don't remember if it was in the Anime or not.)

Shōzō and Ine has 2 sons and one daughter. Among them each of the 2 sons has one daughter. The daughter has 3 sons. And the eldest son of Shōzō and Ine's daughter has a son.

As someone already answered, there is no point in saying the exact same thing.
It's more relevant to give extra infos like that.

As someone already answered, there is no point in saying the exact same thing.
It's more relevant to give extra infos like that.

I found the extra info helpful 🤷‍♂️

My wife has been complaining about the family tree being confusing too, so you aren't the only one.

Honestly what's confused me a bit is the ages everyone is because it seems like there's pretty big gaps between G&G's kids and G&G's grandkids ages. Unless the large gaps are between G&G themselves and their kids. It's hard to tell when their one son looks old, another looks late middle aged, and their daughter looks to be the youngest but is also a grandma herself lol

Yes and there's also the fact that there oldest seeming sind actually have children who are in high school but the daughter even had grandkids.
Also at the start it seems like all of G&G's kinda are living in the city and rarely ever visit but it actually seems like the high school girls are in the village itself 😭

It's not that weird. Looking at his young wife and Mino and Shiori's age, the oldest son must have married pretty late.
