My Top 3 Isekai Anime You Need to Watch Right Now! Looking for some mind-bending adventures in alternate worlds? Dive into the fascinating realm of isekai anime with these top picks that are sure to captivate you from start to finish! "So I'm a Spider, So What?": Topping the list is this gem that flips the typical isekai narrative on its head. Follow the journey of a high school girl who reincarnates as a tiny spider in a dangerous labyrinth. With a unique protagonist, clever storytelling, and unexpected twists, this series offers a fresh take on the genre that's as captivating as it is entertaining. "That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime": Ever dreamed of being reincarnated in a fantasy world as an all-powerful slime? This anime brings that fantasy to life as it follows the adventures of Satoru Mikami, who finds himself reborn as a powerful slime with incredible abilities. With its charming characters, epic battles, and moments of heartfelt emotion, this series is a must-watch for any isekai fan. "Overlord": Prepare to be transported to a virtual MMORPG world like no other in "Overlord." When the game shuts down for good, one player finds himself trapped inside as his character, the powerful skeletal overlord, Momonga. With his guild's stronghold at his command, he sets out to uncover the secrets of this new world. With its dark atmosphere, strategic battles, and exploration of morality, "Overlord" offers a thrilling ride from start to finish. |
Not a fan of isekai, but Mushoku Tensei is absolutely the best title I ever seen from those. I love the characters, they are so realistic (yes, even Rudeus too with his perv attitude). The world is complex, very detailed, and interesting. The second of my favorite is Re:Zero, because of it's interesting story. The cool thing about it is that Subaru tries to find the best solution while trapped in several time loops. Every single mistake is fatal to his life, because he is just an ordinary man without any magic skill. The third one is Konosuba, because it's a parody of isekai, and any medieval fantasy series. I also liked Tate no Yuusha, while it only had just one season, but it was a huge disappointment in the rest of them, so I already lost my hope in it. |
