At this point Asumi might as well give up the whole brothel visiting habit and just start dating Nanao instead, you're already living together and now seemingly having sex every day anyway. Basically a couple in all but name by now

Lol, Nanao wert from being too lazy to do housework and hiring a maid, to doing the housework herself while paying the maid to have sex with her. Quite something. But I love it.

Also I’ve low-key forgot about the reason asumi started going to brothels… would be cool to get some pov of Mai doing her job at that other brothel, to get to know her. We practically know nothing about her, which can’t make me ship them.
Actually I wouldn’t mind if Asumi ended up with someone else.
