| Chapter 56: Battle of the Biggest, Baddest Evils Beginning of volume 11 With Bass coming into the battle to fight Nebula Gray, I can see at this point the manga is more closely adapting from the anime rather than the games now. It's funny to think how far away the story has separated itself from its high school setting in the very beginning to become almost like Marvel's Hulk vs. Absorbing Man battle (but with Dragon Ball double soul fusions). That said, I'm actually really glad that the manga does justice in portraying Nebula Gray as powerful as he really is. So many of the past final bosses were dispatched so easily that it was kind of laughable. Nebula Gray was my favorite of all the final bosses, so I'm very happy to see him depicted as a true threat. |
