Started reading it and it's pretty good. It's nothing new but it's a change of pace cause usually most office romance mangas always has the boss being a female and the subordinate being a male and female boss is super cold to and strict to the male subordinate. But what confuses me about this one is the fact the female subordinate is the one that is strict and cold towards the boss who is male. That is unheard of. How can a subordinate be strict and cold towards their boss, I'm not sure why Misato is strict and cold towards Konishikawa but I'd say it's because she probably doesn't like how he spoils his subordinates and wants him to be strict. In the second chapter we saw Konishikawa's back story which led him to become soft but i think it will be interesting if he goes back to his old self. Misato seems like a cocky subordinate and tbh it doesn't feel like Konishikawa is the boss. He's feel more like a subordinate whiles Misato is the boss.
