| Pretty mid start. Nothing jumped out as interesting or special. They even are starting a stupid little club at the end. This just feels generic and boring. Hope it finds a hook fast because this feels u19. Also I don't hate the name as much as everyone, please dislike it for the actual content. The name is not any worse than demon slayer so I feel this discourse was stupid. |

| Favorite of the new series, Aoba is great and Asakaze is the perfect match for him. Greatly complement each other. Character art is amazing too and the hollows/kasane are creative Easily looks like it will be a fantastic manga if it can last for a couple hundred chapters. Hype. |

| I think I would enjoy this better if he was using that ghost and not that sword but overall generic start, if Aoba will drop his shtick of being "super by the rules" then he will be literally nothing that is "just and helpful" while Yayoi seems to have dark past (like some phantom seer guy). As for now I will accept this being axed if this means MamaYuyu will survive. |

| The art is good and I think the story will be good. Comparing to the one-shot they changed many thing like the girl who was in the one-shot they focused on her and in this chapter she is like nothing at all and they changed his grandma design 360 degrees and they put a new character who will assist him and in this chapter they didn't say anything about his little twin brother I don't know if they removed him or he will be introduced in the next chapters. |
