@deg why would they put any budget into this knockoff movie when s2 is gonna have the best arc in the manga. they are 100% putting most of their budget into s2.

@deg that's cuz this movie is irrelevant. it's not important in any way & it's a waste of money. I hope the animation for this is as bad as it gets cuz atleast then we'd know that the money went into s2 instead
| @GYATyoruichi i would not be so sure that season 2 of the tv series will be better considering they are working on this movie too so the production schedule is close to overlapping with tv season 2 plus usually anime sequels have lower production quality anyway like jobless reincarnation, one punch man, and even sequels of attack on titan especially with the complains about 3dcg titans |

| @deg its a spinoff, doesnt matter if its tv series or movie, its just a quick cashgrab that has no impact on the main story, ofc theyre not gonna worry too much about making it demonslayer level or something |

| People still talking about "budget" in 2023 lmao Anyways not that surprising this trailer barely even looks like a movie, sports anime are always really demanding and specially Blue Lock with the ridiculously detailed designs, 8-bit doesn't have enough animation power to make them move, specially not fluidly, plus this is airing just a little over a year after the anime, lol. |
