Kind of shocked to see this show above a 7 rating

I genuinely don't care enough about this show to trash it, but I (unfortunately) watched just about all of the generic/trash isekai this season, and I'm really not seeing how this one is supposedly that much better than the rest. I don't necessarily think any particular show deserves to be above a 7 more than this one, but I would have definitely expected this to be closer to a 6.5 or something. Anyway, this will probably get removed, but I just wanted to see what other people had to say about it.

I liked it, but so what? I like what I like. You like what you like. Who cares if it’s a 7 or not.
There’s something in this series that could be the beginning of a discussion about the cost of healthcare, and maybe reflections on that situation in Japan, but it didn’t go there.

Its a really generic Isekai with not much going on.
I gave it a 6 because it did entertain me and i Reserve 5 and below for Shows that i dropped or activly disliked.
7.05 seems a tad high to me as well but i guess the Isekai Crowd is so used to boring/generic stuff that their Ranking System is giving out above average ratings to average stuff. 🤷🏼‍♂️
