My best guess (if the time thing isn't how it plays out cuz I'd prefer resolution without that) is that Dazai's corpse is going to be bitten by Chuuya and turn into a vampire. That should heal him, but once he's alive again his ability will naturally cancel out the vampirism.
He's definitely not dead, I think that would be a cool way to have him live though. It's also possible the reason we haven't seen Yosano in so long is cuz her and the little girl are on their way. She should be able to revive his corpse since she can fit a little bit and his ability possibly isn't active rn

Gravity manipulation has always been associated with red and portrayed as a red glow, and the fact that they chose to show this moment in this way (a completely red-dominated still shot where no blood is visible on the wall,nor we see any body part/matter being split on the wall) highly suggests that Chuuya did in fact manipulate gravity there. So I don't think Dazai is dead.
