She is afraid Naofumi does not want her otherwise. It is a sign of her loyalty to Naofumi based on how they met. Also, later on the slave crest gives buffs to Naofumi`s party members.

ita my personal thoughts so not idea if im right or wrong but i believe it is like a token like a proof that she is his(naofumi) thats way he wont abandon her i mean ots crystal clear she loves him more then anything so i think its less about buffing the party (because the crest also buffs them) its more like she knows as long as she has the crest she will stay by his side.

He saved her life. Her slave crest is what she feels binds them together. You see that, as when it's removed, she immediately gets it put back on. As for why she wants to make others slaves, I'm not quite sure, but my best assumption is for leveling purposes.

For the other slaves, I would assume it would be due to her understanding of how Naofumi shows affection. Remember how she was imprisoned as a child when people invaded her town and she was sold as a slave? Due to that illness, most found her unappealing. However, Naofumi took an exception for her and treated her in an abnormal way compared to how most treat their slaves. So, you could argue she sees being Naofumi’s slave means he will protect and nurture people. It’s similar to how people make subtle jabs at each other, but to a more extreme sense.

Part of what makes me hate her

"That's why, at this very moment, in the interval of a second,
I wish to cross the world lines and protect your smile.
Then, once again into a time loop devoid of misery,
I will be swallowed as a lonely observer."

Also, I think she sees the crest as visible evidence of her loyalty to him which is important to her after the scene when the Spear Hero tries to fight for her to have the crest removed. In terms of why she seems so excited for Rishia to get it in S2 I think it’s just the buffs? Her excitement didn’t make much sense to me there. The buffs are about the only thing reason I can think of for her encouraging it.

Because she trusts him. Also he’s the first person to protect her, comfort her and provide for her. So she doesn’t wasn’t to lose him or be thrown aside. She wants to be with him forever and in her mind being his slave she’ll be by his side and he can’t just walk away one day while she’s sleeping. She’s stated that if he goes back to his world she wants to follow him there. It’s her way of putting all her trust in him. It’s kinda like being married and having a ring though not as intense. She wants to be his sword she wants to protect him and help him. She’s showing that she’s 100% devoted to him. I love her and her character she’s prob my favorite female character. She’s tough, strong, independent, but at the same time she’s soft, gentle, feminine, elegant, she’s comforting, nurturing and she knows when to submit and when to take the lead. All the workings of the perfect wife. And I guess she wants others to be slaves to him to show that they can literally put their lives in his hands and that he will protect you, he will defend you, take care of you and be there for you. Filo is obviously a beast/human she’s the future Fila Queen so I guess it makes sense to have the slave mark especially when she was younger to train her and control her making sure she doesn’t go on a rampage, attack someone out of anger, or destroy something because she doesn’t know her strength. Raphtalia told Rishia to get it cause it was her way of saying it’ll make you stronger because you share exp with Naofumi but decided not to. That’s another reason why she chose to remain a slave because being a slave they share exp and the stat boosts of Naofumi and she got stronger a lot quicker to the point her level is higher than his

She knows Naofumi has severe trust issues and won't trust anyone but his own slave, because they are incapable of disobeying him.

Ok, but why so much insistence on making Rishia a slave? Shouldn't she be jealous anyway? Besides, Rishia doesn't want to be with Naofumi, but with the hero of the arc, why does she become a Slave in just 3 seconds? From not wanting and not understanding, to accepting in a few seconds? My God!

The manga actually gave that more time to happen. Mainly she wanted to be useful and do something since she was rescued by a hero. It still offered the passive buffs and extra growth. Also, it was a way to gatekeep her from the party if she lacked conviction. As a new character she would have a risk of defecting. She mainly agreed to joining Naofumi when she gave up the idea of going with the other hero since he did not want her.

In the anime it's not like that, what you're saying makes a lot of sense, but the scene in the anime is just absurd. The scene between going into the slave shop and coming out is certainly less than 4 minutes long.
