----------------------------------------
Special cover for the anime adaptation:

A colored double page panel:

And some colored chapters in the beginning.

Well, Okamoto's hobby is making printed shirts. Pretty awesome, I love seeing self-made shirts from artists. The one that Yotasuke wears is pretty cute.

Once Yotasuke got back home, his mom started making assumptions about the t-shirt he received. Sigh, that panel with the dialogue ''What are you doing to your parent?'' gave me a heart attack. I could feel it from my screen for some reason.

Seems like Yatora is learning about Contemporary art. Thanks to his simple explanation, I could understand it too.

And finally! He found what he'll make for the last assigment. Shibuya 2.0 but on a bigger scale. Interesting concept. Can't wait to see the end project.

Out of nowhere Aizawa appeared, I really love her character design. It looks fantastic. She'll be doing a Projection Mapping in a dark room. I don't really understand what that is but we'll see it sooner or later.

And bam, the question of ''Do you like art?'' is back. But this time, no one asked the question. He got a answer from Aizawa-san. Seems like she hates it. And Yataro still didn't find his own answer.

The kid really broke Yotasuke's spirit right there. ''Rabbits are not your friends''.
And he broke down again.

Yotasuke is getting used by Nekoyashi-sensei. Manipulated..

But Yotasuke still got Yataro. Thanks to his message about the drawing he made about the rabbit. He finally understood what he made. And It's the first time he felt glad about his drawing. Glad that Yataro gave him a push. Otherwise, he would still be stuck.

Projection Mapping/Video Mapping is basically when you use a projector to show a video or static visual. Usually, it follows the contour of the surface, either a wall or a facade of the building. These ones are mostly outdoors but you should get the idea https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jtFthRSqRwQ

I don't think Ayano hates art per se. It's just she enjoys working with 3D and installations way more than painting, a specific process she hates.

Oh, thank you for the explanation and the video. I get it now. And yeah, I don't think she really hates it but she doesn't like it much too. It's inbetween that.

Anyway, thanks a lot ^

All of Yotasuke's life, others have projected onto him things they want for him. He may seem brash, but the one thing we've seen him be the most curt about is art, and it's because it was hammered into him ever since he was 3 years old.

Animals accept him as is and don't project anything onto him. So when Yatora pointed out they also loved him back, something that was captured through Yotasuke's sketch, he was able to convey something sincerely for the first time in a while, maybe even at all. Something that wasn't out of pressure and coddling of his mother.

It was a really good parallel to Yatora at the beginning who was finally able to convey something he sincerely cared about since he usually did what he thought was necessary to excel. He barely had any interests he cared for himself, so it's really interesting how both Yatora and Yotasuke are so different, but they're also the ones most capable of understanding each other at times. It's really sweet how Yotasuke finally had a release after all his years.

The arcs regarding the university and onwards are really interesting. Prior, everyone felt like real people but it felt like they already knew what they wanted and what they had to do to get there in the cram schools. Here, it feels like Yatora is approaching even ground with everyone else and they're all trying to get through university. Nekoyashi claims she didn't want to be like that misogynistic professor, but she's shoving her own ideas of art and what's necessary. I get her frustration that she's had to fight using everything she has to be remotely acknowledged, but by shoving the same standards onto Yotasuke, isn't she just perpetuating that same ideal?

OKAMOTO MAKES HIS OWN T-SHIRTS! This kid is becoming more adorable with each chapter. I hope Yotasuke gets the shirt back and that him and Okamoto becomes good friends.

Ah yes, and fuck Yotasuke's mom.

Man, what a fantastic fucking chapter.

Yotasuke's mom is babying him too much in a bad way. I understand worrying for your child, but the reason Yotasuke is the way that he is right now is definitely because of her.

But seriously though, the ending to this chapter was just cathartic. No one has really tried to understand Yotasuke and just think he's talented or crazy good or just assume things about him. I hope he really becomes friends with Okamoto, since they have common interests and of course Yatora as well.

I can understand Yotasuke's feelings. Being a only child feels like the love my parents gave me its so big that's overwhelming. They tend to look out too much for you and that can be harmful in some kind way, even if they do this because they love you.
It's nice to see Yotasule finally understanding his feelings towards drawing, he always felt like he was doing for the others and not for himself.
Also, I love Yatora and his paintings but all the time it feels like he just want to keep recycling his art, I want to see him try a different concept. But I think this is something that most artists do right? Once in a while they try to recycle their works.

Damn, the whole chapter was amazing, it went by in a flash even though it was 50 pages long. Yotasuke's life is so incredibly rough at times, yet portrayed in such a simple way that it's so easy to relate to him. Also, the last 5 pages made me cry so hard, the parallel in the stories of Yatora and Yota are so distinct but also so similar, I love them both. And yes as someone said above, fuck Yotasuke's family.
