For all of you..who were hating on it from some leaks...i dont think there should be any complaint..the bankai had whole meaning and emotion plus powerful aspect to it...cgi wasnt bad in any way..one of the best cgi work...stop hating on bleach and enjoy it😊

I loved the bankai from Sanji. Although theres not a lot of ichigo the entire 4 episodes. But at the end it looks like the focus will come back on him a bit more now. Good ep and Sanji is the 🐐

Pretty much the only well-written Stern Ritters are Jugram and Bazz-B, there are chapters showing how they've met each other, how they were as children and how they've met Yhwach.

On the other hand, we have the argument that this is a War arc and War should consist mostly of battles and violence, maybe Kubo simply intended to create a whole alphabet of antagonists just to show new powers like the Vollstandig that we're seeing now in the anime - which is kind of like the quincy own version of the bankai.

He was having some health issues if I’m correct and he stated before that because of it he was only able to do half of the tybw arc which is why the ending of the manga is as sort of rushed

Are you being facetious? The CGI was bad. Not as bad as the skeletons during Yamamoto vs Yhwach, but still pretty lame. Why is it that it's 2023 and most anime still have shitty CGI?

nah it wasnt bad,even studios like mappa and ufotable woupd have used cgi at that scene

Ufotable uses cgi all the time when they animate skeletons in the fate series

Bad in what aspect? Movements were fluid and bankai didn't stand out much on 2d backgrounds. Your arguments "bad", "lame" contribute nothing to the discussion - generalizing at its finest without any logical and sense take

I still can’t comprehend people like you who cannot appreciate a minute of a decent 3D animation. Calling it “bad” and “lame” is just absurd criticism and you are simply being a delusional child. I bet Mappa would ve struggled even more 3D animating your ugly ass.

Yeah, not really. Very off model actually, and the textures were some shiny plastic, it didn't move that much they could literally just draw it and it could be good.

I've always hated his bankai. Out of everyone, his was always the weakest and most prone to vulnerabilities. however, this episode really showed what he can do. I'm glad the underDOG was able to clap some ass in style.

I really wish they would have extended the fight. The CGI did look wonky in some scenes.

Didn't like CGI it was wonky, prefer original anime where it was 2d making the it movement more fluid, which should be more prevalent as it sheds the Armour. And also prefer the colored version of manga for this fight as in that version the Tengen myo colour palette stands out and gives it ominous feeling which wasn't portrayed well in anime
