I have watched Bakarina anime (My next life as villaness all route lead to doom),  I'm the Villainess, So I'm Taming the Final Boss, But Endo and Kobayashi is much better in my opimion.

Bakarina anime was Very good, but season 2 kinda feels like a filler season. The taming final boss feels kinda rush and the supporting character does not have a relevant unlike bakarina anime.

Endo and Kobayashi put a unique twist in the villaness genre and it has good pacing and I was very satisfied with the ending.

Not to mention it's the only anime I know of that's even remotely similar in genres that have three romances in two different worlds. :)

Oh and yeah I enjoyed it alot.

I think it is the current best. The happy ending beyond all happy endings was really satisfying to watch. But I can see it getting overthrown by the current anime of that trope "The most deplorable final boss queen". Since it's way darker and the mc shoulders the sins of the character she got reincarnated into as if they were her own.

me too i watched all of those villainess isekai anime and i thought they were average. But a really good one that you might've missed is Why realiana ended at the duke's mansion.I think it's more original than the others but maybe because the source material is a manhwa. It's kind of a drama-historical fiction with politics and romance.

I completely agree, this could very well show some more indepth character development. Since it has the backing of a more dark tone through out it.

This one & I am villainous so I tame the final boss.
The Most Heretical Last Boss Queen: From Villainess to Savior also looks good but it's too early to judge it.

So far, it's the best villainess themed anime for me. One of the things that I love about this show is how short the story is. This adaptation manages to do something many shows fail to do: Tell a complete story. Most of the time, there's something left missing and we have to wait for a hypothetical season 2 that might never even show up. One only has to look at the anime that started the villainess anime trend, My Next Life As a Villainess, or more commonly known as Bakarina, to see how incomplete many anime adaptations are. Bakarina has three seasons and I don't think it's even close to finishing, which is one of my gripes about that show.

This is a romance that gets progress (though, I don't mind slice of life fluff romcom where nothing happens, either) and shows us the main couple telling each other how they feel, getting together (though, in this anime's case, they were already engaged) and getting married. It even gives us a bunch of side couples that get a bit of development. The only thing that keeps this anime from being perfect is the production quality. Had this anime been given to a more competent anime studio, and given better care, this anime would be perfect in my books.

Ah yes I forgot this anime. I agree it was also good, but the final episode is kinda anti-climatic, nothing significant happen in the final episode so it does not leave a big impression to me.

I also watching this right now. the premise does not look very original, but the art style looks great and yeah it seem the theme for this anime is dark compared to other villanes anime. still to early to judge this.

What I really like most of Endo and Kobayashi is the ending, I was very satisfied! No need for another season, its a complete story and the pacing was not bad!

This is supposed to be a villainess anime? No one reincarnates as her, and she was never a villain to begin with.

Is this like calling generic fantasy "isekai" even if when there's no other world, but it feels exactly the same.
If you reply back to me and I never respond, I lost interest and don't care. Sorry about that.

Raeliana was rather mean at the end of the last episode tho. Noah really was the star imo. I prefer the “Taming the Last Boss” anime, but this one was good too

It would’ve been better had it focused on one couple, aka her with that blonde prince guy. Kinda forced the bisexual harem but whatever

I'm down for a bisexual harem. I would love her too. I think the romance confusion is cute.

@Jeje2020

Completely agreed. I started this E&K anime with zero expectations*, afraid of when it would derail like most of trash series... but episode after episode it surprised me with a simple and well made plot, DELIVERING EVERYTHING at the right moment.

- The evolution of the prince and liese relation.
- Main and side characters devenlopment, all of them, E&K indeed.
- Liese, yet repetitive, but ceasing to be annoying at the very right moments.
- All misteries and situations got solved in a direct and satisfatory way.
- All the ships sailing also in the right moment.

By the end i was almost crying like Kobayashi, after so long time without watching a wholesome and well-made simple story like that.

*Funny way i found this series. A random MEME posted in a comment section of a random manga called my interest out from nowhere, to the point i asked the source to the author.

That is why i LOVE ANIME and treasures like this cement it even more solid. The damn ability of japanese creators of appease and surprises us when you expect the least.
