it's an isekai. what do you think? they'll probably have some other characters before death but after truck kun pays a visit I think it'll only be Harley.

there's buttons on Harley's shirt representing Peacemaker and Deadshot along with Joker, so it's safe to assume they're in. Amanda Waller was in the teaser.
I'm hoping we get Ratcatcher 2, King Shark, Weasel and Polka Dot Man. I feel like King Shark is the most likely of those 4, and if they got Sylvester Stallone to voice him in the dub, it would be insane

Well it’s called “Suicide Squad Isekai” it wouldn’t make any sense if the majority of the anime was just Harley

What makes you think truck kun will pay a visit. Not every isekai series starts with death. Even the co author of this anime wrote ReZero. Where the main character never died in his world but just randomly summoned into a new world.

hmm true, i don't watch many isekais and all the ones I have always starts with a death so mb, I didn't know MCs could randomly be summoned to Narnia 😅

maybe she'll have to create another suicide squad in the isekai world so she can get back to her own. but if not then Deadshot and other serious characters should get involved imo
