As the title suggest,

Has somebody read this in its English translation???

If so,

Can you give me a link???

I really want to read this!!!

I heard that its one of the few good spinoffs/doujins for this show out there just like Scummy Bandman Bocchi!!!

If not better!!!

If you go to the BTR reddit, there's an english translation for I think 10 pages? I don't think anyone has uploaded it yet 'for free', but if this helps, the author also released a digital english version for around 5 dollars a week ago. I don't have experience on the website where you can buy it, but I've heard from american and european users that they were able to buy it without any issues. Again, if you dive into the reddit and look for its name, you'll find more info in no time~

I think this one has an interesting concept, and the fact that it's one of the few non-ship doujins made it shine a lot. Someone already posted the link for the digital version here, GL with it and thank you for spreading this doujin on MAL! I'll eventually purchase it once I have enough money, sadge.

Not to crush your hopes, but I highly doubt there's going to be a 'free' version if there's already an official translated version. Unlike manga that gets serialized, doujins are something like a freelance work, so I really encourage to try to support the artist behind the work! :)

I just wanted to chime in and say that since I got super curious from the 10 page preview I decided to buy the whole thing and I noticed there was a sequel. So obviously I bought both and I would recommend. The english translation isn't great, especially for the second part. but it's a great and heartfelt doujin very much in line with the more serious parts of the anime. It's honestly pretty impressive how close they got to the feel of the more serious moments in the show, though you do miss the counter balance with comedy that the actual show is so good at doing, but what do you expect when the entire draw is the angsty title and first few pages. Overall pretty solid, would give the first part a 7/10 and the second part a 6/10.

There are also two accompanying track for both parts, one remix and one original song in the style of a jpop/jrock indie band with vocaloid vocals. The song for the first part 'kioku - sukou' is honestly not great. The tuning is done with what I believe to be an ai enhanced voice bank (I could be wrong about this), which is pretty impressive for what it is, and actual sounds remarkably realistic at times. But the tuning is mostly flat, which is really an issue if you go for the more realistic style, and the instrumental is not technically very impressive nor really unique in anyway. The included remix for part 1 'crazy about nichijika remix' is a one and a half minute musical track. Not very inspired but it's quirky enough where it's atleast interesting to listen to. It sounds like a more elaborate version of a visual novel background song that plays during a comedic scene. The main track I would give a 4/10 and the remix a 5/10.

My opinion on the tracks for part 2 are pretty similar. The original track 'tail tag' is better than the previous original song. the tuning is not as realism focused, and is easier on the ears because of it. It still sounds flat, but it's not nearly as much of an issue. The instrumental is a bit slower, but it's overall a more well structured song, 5/10. The remix 'hitoribocchi tokyo' is IMO a bit worse than the remix included with part 1. It's a very barebones instrumental with some pretty bland guitar going over it. 3/10. So yeah the music isn't great, but the fact it's even there is very cool. All that for 1400 yen total...
