Oh Tetsuo, still going through an emotonal ride in life now that he knows even more truths. We got a hell of a thriling episode of cat and mouse but he can't hide from the truth or his fate. Not going to lie, this episode kept me at the edge of my seat. |

I can't wait for the next episode, and it'd be very intereresting if it has a sequel since it won't be a hide-and-seek genre anymore I'm really looking forward to how the story will progress from now on, in anime form only. |

Going over the heads of the group to deal with the father really was a balsy move. But him showing up at the apartment to do his own check really added some great tension. Not to mention stating so bluntly his intention to avenge his son by killing those responsible as well which was terrifying. The fight between the fathers really was brutal. |

I can sympathize with Matori because he's a father and he lost his son. But all of this could've been avoided if he raised his son better. And with his threats to Tetsuo's family, that guy isn't right in his head at all. At the very least, he's got an extremely warped sense of "justice". If that's even applicable here. Tetsuo's "justice" wasn't good either. But he acted on impulse. His murder of Nobuto wasn't premeditated. And he definitely didn't torture him. Like Matori wants to torture Tetsuo's family. I think this might be the last time we see Kyoichi. It doesn't look like he'll survive the blood loss. :( He was a worthy opponent to Tetsuo but ultimately he lost. Damn. What an episode. It went by before I even knew it. The cliffhanger was insane. And there's only one episode left. I don't think the story would wrap up in the next episode. So I hope it'll get a 2nd season soon. The ED was different. Not just visuals but different lyrics too I think. Probably the 2nd verse of the song. |

The last cliffhanger of the season. And they really outdid themselves with it! Probably the craziest episode yet. That fight was so insane! If Tetsuo survives this, he will be stronger than ever, that's for sure. This was certainly the last time his guilt brought him down. |

Bro must’ve forgot his son was a mobster man fuck that loser, we smoking his pack. We stand with Tetsuo and his family. I didn’t expect him to confront Nobuto’s dad directly and even offer himself up, but once he threatened his family there was never any going back. I like how realistic the fight looks too. It’s ugly, gritty and a desperate fight for survival for two men who aren’t trained fighters or martial artists. Only one more episode left wow this season blew by really quickly. Hope we get another season |

The suspense was mostly there except the animation during the fight was stiff. Beyond that Tetsuo must've forgotten how dangerous Yoshitatsu was as even he reminded Tetsuo that he previously said that he would kill not only Nobuto's killer but the family as well. The way Yoshitatsu described how he would torture and kill Tetsuo's wife and daughter was brutal and shows how sick he is. I don't think Tetsuo will be choked to death since the police were called so I'm thinking they will stop the fight. I don't know where this goes from here but it won't be over with one episode remaining. |

Wow the tension and intensity was at an all time high this episode. I knew it the moment Tetsuo had no way out when Nobuto's father entered the room, with the actual ALS light. They fooled Kyoichi last time around, but of course it was all over back then itself if he searched through the room with the actual light. Tetsuo might've surrendered verbally, but we know he just couldn't when he heard Nobuto's father saying whatever he'd do with Tetsuo's family now that he knows the truth. They fought desperately but the time has come. Police has arrived, so just a matter of minute and we'll know Tetsuo's fate, of course given he survives.. from that choke. Looking forward to finale. |

Well that was undoubtedly the best episode of the series so far, but the visual display just isn't there, even if this is the best part of the story. Real emotions and guilt get to Tetsuo, as a normal man would doubt a bit instead of just killing Matori as well. The fight was realistic and messy, as these are just two somewhat normal citizens going at each other. Matori really should have brought a weapon with him though. Wonder how this season will end. |

The main character is a coward who only thinks about running away from problems and miraculously manages to save his family. After all, he finds the mafia boss alone in his apartment, who instead of calling his henchmen keeps making empty threats to a depressing character and ends up getting into an unarmed fight with him. The script seems to be made by a 5 year old! |

Testsuo: "Just when I though I was out, they pull me back in" Honestly, I can't blame him for trying to surrender after being cornered like that. It seems now that he's gonna go for his second kill as this guy isn't one to be reasoned with. There's also the police involved and the such. Waiting for the finale. |

A man confessing to another man while crying, pleading for understanding and forgiveness. The other man threatening to rape, torture and kill the first man's family. The men start fighting, both middle aged and not very good at fighting. This was kind of epic since they both sucked and didn't suddenly turn into Shounen protagonists with hidden special skills. At one point it's a pillow fight, and then the other guy pepper sprays himself. That honestly was awesome. Hope the police come fast or he's done for. |

Dude was smart enough to frame a guy for murder, yet really thought playing the timid "I'll turn myself in" BS was really going to work, especially considering how surprised he was that they would kill his family lol... Also, really? The moron closes his eyes for like 15-20 seconds in a middle of a life and death fight, allowing the boss to get behind him and move the plot along, as he chokes him out. So shit. This episode was so damn intense wow, my favorite episode yet BY FAR. Two untrained middle aged men fight to death, one to protect his family while the other fights to avenge his. Obviously Matori is in the wrong, he was in on the plan to kill Reika to somehow get their hands on her inheritance. But instead of Tosu Tetsuo's daughter dying, it was Matori's son who fell. It should be clear this is his karma but his sick brain can't process this. Tetsuo coulda easily beat and killed Matori once he sprayed himself with pepper spray, but I guess he knows if Matori dies then he probably can't keep evading the Yakuza. But at this point it's either his family dies a grizzly death or kill matori to get him at least a bit of time to escape the city, tell the cops everything and enter witness protection. But sadly no, he let Matori get the upperhand and would probably die if the cops weren't coming to save him. So maybe it's better he didn't take that chance to kill Matori LOL 5/5 fantastic episode. Intense, emotional are the two best words to describe it |

But there were places in that apartment, maybe he overlooked this or something. One more episode left. Who will win? |

Kyoichi technically still has a way out of the married couple's framing, and pleas with his innocence to Matori explaining of Tetsuo's exploits against him. But the thing is, Matori doesn't buy his news, however throwing into a fit of rage because he knew about Tetsuo just out of coincidence of meeting him. Tetsuo thought that his troubles had ended, but he clearly forgot about Nobuto's father, who does an even deeper search than what Kyoichi did the first time around. And indeed, Matori got what he was seeking for with better equipment bought from Kubo, and with this incriminating evidence, Tetsuo...grovels in front of the former, being as a father. Tetsuo thought that he could buy his way out from the deceased gangster's father, but Matori is not as forgiving as Kyoichi is, and he did honour that promise to kill whoever killed his son. Seeing no way out of the plan that he and his wife Kasen worked so hard to acquire back that happiness, the intense confrontation to get Kubo to respond to the call and otherwise gets the police notified while Doi is waiting downstairs. The constant pepper spraying, with fathers fighting for their right for their own children, it's a beigning fight. How will the final fight between fathers play out? |

That was such an oddly realistic fight of two desperate guys that clearly don't know how to fight which is a little funny to watch some of the things they grabbed to use as weapons and how they both arent in very good shape. Matori is pretty twisted with his planned torture techniques he'd use on Tetsuo's wife and daughter and you can tell he would actually follow through. GakutoDeathGlare said: It's involuntary. If you look up videos of someone getting pepper sprayed even in dire situations they often are the same kind of reaction unless they are on drugs that block their sense of pain or it missed them. Pepper spray causes temporary blindness sometimes permanent blindness if strong enough and not treated. That was... pitiful to watch. Supposedly one of the most tense and important moments in the whole serie reduced to an involuntary comedy because of how laughable the animation was. Writing wasn't any better. Dude thought he could reason with a crazy mafia man who was rage blinded, the moment he decided to confess pretty much killed everything that the previous 10 episodes built. Then that mafia man came crying like a retard over his son's blood puddle and then doing 14-years-old teen threats like a SAO villain (if there was something positive I could say about this serie is that it wasn't that level of edgy aside from Nobuto character itself)... sorry but I can't take any of this seriously anymore. So far this serie has been a mash-up of questionable and very unbelievable writing decisions combined with lousy animation, but still managed to keep good levels of tension and thrill; this episode just killed all that. The most reasonable finale I can foresee for this mess is police arriving on time to save Tetsuo, doing all the investigation and getting him arrested for the murder; he and his family would be still alive and fine (especially if they get police protection from the mafia) while he'll still be paying for his acts. Let's see if they can still save the little salvageable that is left |

That was one hell of a cliffhanger after an intense fight between Tetsuo and Matori. Tetsuo says he was going to turn himself in, but that would get both him and Matori arrested. It doesn't really matter anyway since the police were called after the neighbors heard all that ruckus above them. Hopefully they can get to Reina's apartment in time to stop the fight. |

this was such a goofy looking fight. i honestly don't know what to expect from the final episode. i definitely didn't expect to see tetsuo admitting he killed nobuto to nobuto's dad this episode. can't believe tetsuo thought he could just get off the hook by stating that he'd turn himself in. he's been so quick to think up stories on the spot that i'm surprised he didn't try to lie his way out of this situation |

Who knew that Very-Vengeful-papa was a very vengeful person? All of this because Lesser-Villain-kun got an epiphany. And what an epiphany that was! Not only Lesser-Villain-kun figured out what happened to him, and all the discriminatory plans mastered by no other than Husband-dono, but he even understood things that even we that watched from every angle, each week, with all the explanations and thoughts that would be impossible for any person in that situation to know, had a hard time to understand. Lesser-Villain-kun should be promoted to master-detective-kun and maybe participate in a kind of anime where he could be shrunk into a kid and solve complex cases here and there in each episode. But in the end, Lesser-Villain-kun could not un-incriminate himself and now he's still being chased, with a hole in his abdomen, and thinking about how short would be his life... Curiously, he didn't start thinking about his only living parent, his mother, that will be sure, as the water is wet, that she will be the first thing the Yakuza mob (that we saw previously that they have a very constant behavior) to chase after. Oh well... Meanwhile, Very-Vengeful-papa wanted to know what is true or not, and who's gonna blame him? His son disappeared, then Yakuza-boys say he's dead, then a video appears, and Dead-Pesky-Boy-san, his son, happens to appear in there, then Yakuza-people say that was a fake, then his now-sure-dead-son is blamed for robbing that same Yakuza, then a guy from Yakuza is incriminated for Dead-Pesky-Boy-san's murderer, then that same Yakuza guy says that Yakuza was lazy and he was no guilty... My head is spinning by writing this, what do you think it happened in Very-Vengeful-papa brains with all this rollercoaster of information? So Very-Vengeful-papa got some stuff and go to Stupid-Daugther-chan's apartment, Husband-dono daughter, and tried to figure it all out by himself. In company with Less-Intelligent-Villain-kiddo, that opened the apartment door for him, Very-Vengeful-papa got inside and asked to be left alone. Inside, he used the basic forensic methods, which could make those CSI guys proud, and found the last place where his son, Dead-Pesky-Boy-san, stand when his name was only "Pesky-Boy-san", making, in an act of full desperation, our Very-Vengeful-papa start crying intensely. But in an unsuspicious turn of events, hidden in one of the best-hidden places ever made, soo good that a murder was committed just because of it, Husband-dono was watching it all, calculating his next move, like a lion preparing to catch his prey... But then... Husband-dono soft heart couldn't let him go in front and finish the poor papa that was mourning his dead son. Husband-dono has a daughter, he did kill someone to protect her, that same son that that very vengeful papa is mourning right now. He knew the feeling when he lost his parents at an early age, he understand what is happening to the other papa... But what he did not understand, and we neither, is HOW that mourned papa figured out that someone was inside that closet. How could a person full of tears, crying out loud could figure out a guy that didn't even move inside a closed closet? How did that 7th or 8th sense of that person work? Well, to that question the answer didn't appear because Husband-dono, tired of all of this, handed himself to what he was expecting to be justice and confessed that it was him that killed Dead-Pesky-Boy-san. And now, Very-Vengeful-papa shown how vengeful he could be, he explained to Husband-dono what he will do (with the help of our favorite and constant behavior mob, the Yakuza-boyz) to Husband-dono's family, Stupid-Daughter-chan and Wife-sama, and it was at this point... that Husband-dono knew... that he f*cked up! There's no middle term with this very vengeful person! No matter how much Husband-dono begged to Very-Vengeful-papa, this almost lunatic vengeful person did not stop describing the things that will happen to the other one's family, to the point of even Jigsaw from Saw put a fast forward in the ep, the hardcore that Very-Vengeful-papa guy was. Husband-dono did not have any choice. To save his family once again he need to commit another heinous act that he clearly was trying not to do. But with this guy, there was no other option, he never saw a guy with such a desire for vengeance, it was like this guy was a very old Star Wars fan, and suddenly someone showed him the new trilogy (ep 7-9) in a row for the first time, without any warning. Yeh, this guy was really mad for vengeance! And it's now up to Husband-dono to stop him and this madness once and for all! BUT THEN, without any warning, Very-Vengeful-papa took out his ultimate weapon... the pepper spray! Like a kryptonite to Superman, Husband-dono is now incapacitated and rolling on his back on the floor. While in this epic battle, where Husband-dono is losing, Very-Vengeful-papa tries to call to one of the important guys in Yakuza, Important-Vilain-Guy-don, for help and with this sealing Husband-dono's and his family's fate, but Husband-dono hit a kick on the other's phone making it fly through the floor. The fight continued, the phone is broken, the furnishing is destroyed, the pepper spray is all over both men's faces, the Yakuza remained oblivious to everything, while the true villains, the neighbors that were tired of the amount of noise those two guys were making, called the police. Husband-dono was finally tired of assuming the faults, where the damm Dead-Pesky-Boy-san was really the one that wanted to kill the Stupid Daugther of his, he just protected her, HE should be killed! and no one should be blamed for that Pesky thing of a boy becoming a "dead" Pesky thing of a boy! Very-Vengeful-papa should not be that vengeful for a guy the would make soo many people, Husband-dono, Wife-sama, Yakuza-boyz, even Dead-Pesly-Boy-san's old girlfriend, Woker-swan, all of them would want revenge of him from something he already did at that point. However, Very-Vengeful-papa was not reasoning with anything, not because of the shock of finding his son's murderer, but because he never reasoned with anything in his life. Very-Vengeful-papa was delusionally talking about Husband-dono assuming his mistakes and letting himself get killed while his family would be tortured. To that, Husband-dono offered to change places with him and kill the other instead of being killed by the other. This fight was going on for a while, the police is arriving, the Yakuza started to notice that maybe something isn't right, and Husband-dono is now with his neck wired and Very-Vengeful-papa holding the wires ends in his hands. Husband-dono conscience is fading away, and there the episode ends... What a ride! The epic fight to the death of two office guys that normally don't lift a weight, the intensity, the climax of this story! What will happen in the next ep? Will Husband-dono chargeback and win the fight? Will Very-Vengeful-papa apply his very vengeful plan, that makes Jigsaw blush, with Husband-dono's family? Will Yakuza become a real mob and finally start to act accordingly? Will Wife-sama and Stupid-Daughter-chan finally start eating their dinner? And will Lesser-Vilain-kun start to think about his mother for a change? Will the neighbors start a gang and finally put an end to the loud noises of all the neighbors? As the end of this series arrive things are more and more interesting, but even with that, those and even more questions can only be answered... in the next and FINAL episode! |
For the ones that like to bother others (like me) with "you should read the manga/LN", please stop. I don't read mangas, I will NOT read mangas, I will not listen to what manga readers complain in adaptation to the anime counterpart, I only watch anime except in very few and specific situations. |

He doesn’t wanna feel more guilt. Also when he killed Nobuto, he used something heavy to hit him right in the cranium, it doesn’t matter if Nobuto was stronger or faster anymore, that one hit is enough to end a normal person. I trust this author because I know he isn’t the kind of person to omit reality when it comes to important things in his story, check out I am standing on 100 million lives(it’s basically fantasy that he writes with real problems and tries to figure out how to solve them). He makes thorough research before writing his stories because he knows people like you exist. Search online for authentic info before making rants. |

Man, this is the most realistic anime fight between middle-aged fathers, it was weird, really weird. I know the bad animation made it weirder but them wailing on the ground and moving around like cockroaches really feels un-anime-like. Just like the rest of the episodes, this is amazing, I like the realism. Tension was there like always, and I speculate that the police entered before Tetsuo dies. You can survive being strangled if stopped soon. Even if not stopped as soon as 15 seconds, you just only lose consciousness, which can be regained after some time. So no worries, Tetsuo will survive it. |

It's painful watching two out-of-shape, skinny middle-aged men go at it. Tetsuo, this all would've ended if you just had a rice cooker. |

sinnerNoWinner said: You make it sound so easy. Don't forget Tetsuo barely had any sleep and was constantly stressed. Same morning he finally dealt with Kyouichi and thought it was all over, only to be rudely awakened. He is definitely exhausted both mentally and physically. That's why he tried to ask forgiveness and surrender instead. The very thought of having to repeat what he did with Nobuto was devastating. Having to kill someone else, cut them to pieces, get rid of the body - AGAIN.This episode made me drop the series Just kill the dad just like you killed the son. You are supposed to be smart lmao Nobuto's dad is smart too but he was understandably too shocked and furious to think straight and assess the situation. He should have lied and let the goon in the car help capture Tetsuo, AFTER THAT he could've said and done the hellish things to his family. Instead, he got absorbed with fantasies of revenge and made Tetsuo feel cornered, thus giving him extra strength to fight back. |
