| Maybe one day netflix or any other big company will get the rights and produce a sequel, but it probably would not be a good idea since it is hard to be on the level of the original anime unless it is directed by Shin Wakabayashi and Yūta Yamazaki or Shinichirō Watanabe or someone on that level. Nevertheless, I like the ending, it's fun to think about what happens next. And about the hype, I agree, I remember it was very popular a while ago just like Sonny Boy, but both are cult animes and if they are not I think they will be in the near future. |
