| Nice victory for chopper. He really stronger then i feel like even he thinks. A good confidence boost for him. Hope we get to see Robin fight next episode. Even in Alabasta we only saw her fight crocodile briefly. |
| I'm not gonna lie as funny as Gedatsu was, he was kind of an idiot but I will say about that fight it's great that Chopper is getting some development. I honestly don't think Chopper himself isn't a weak character personally, I think it's more a fact that he judges himself too harshly and that he doesn't have confidence in him that he's strong. I mean he's already a smart one on his own, he's able to determine somebody's weakness and can manipulate an opponent to expose said weakness. It's been a while since we saw him fight anyway maybe whilst on Drum Island where he was first introduced and the fight that he had with Ussop against Mr 4 and Miss Merry Christmas back in Alabasta. Hell I even got to see him use his rumble balls again. Conis and Pagaya are saints for rescuing Aisa as well as heading for the Going Merry to help out Nami and Gan Fell so there's that at least. Otherwise a very good focus episode on Chopper I think. |
