both was great villains like the build up for madara was real good but aizen just dropping that he’s evil and pretty much telling everyone he is him i feel was way better

both are almost opposite....
Aizen manipulated... madara was manipulated
Aizen wanted power...... madara was power
Depends of whom you like as aizen was more of a strategic kind of villain and madara was a villain that controlled with powe
but aizen wins i guess as he didn't die

I think Madara is a better character overall but in terms of just being a "villain" Aizen is best.

Similar character traits and overall presence when on screen so it comes down to ideology and backstory and madara easily takes those 2 categories.
